A group of scientists is pushing to publish research about how they created a man-made flu virus that could potentially wipe out civilisation.The deadly virus is a genetically tweaked version of the H5N1 bird flu strain, but is far more infectious and could pass easily between millions of people at a time.The research has caused a storm of controversy and divided scientists, with some saying it should never have been carried out.

The current strain of H5N1 has only killed 500 people and is not contagious enough to cause a global pandemic.But their are fears the modified virus is so dangerous it could be used for bio-warfare, if it falls into the wrong hands.Virologist Ron Fouchier of the Erasmus Medical Centre in the Netherlands lead a team of scientists who discovered that a mere five mutations to the avian virus was sufficient to make it spread far more easily.
He conducted his tests on ferrets as the animals have become a model of choice for influenza and have similar respiratory tracts to humans.Fouchier is so prepared for a media storm that he has hired an advisor to help him work on a communication strategy.The research done was part of an international drive to understand H5N1 more fully.
Fouchier admitted the strain is ‘one of the most dangerous viruses you can make’ but is still adamant he wants to publish a paper describing how it was done.The study is one of two which has caused serious debate about scientific freedom and about regulating research which might have potential public health benefits but at the same time could also be useful for bio-terrorism.
The other paper, also on H5N1, was done by a joint team at the University of Wisconsin and the University of Tokyo. It is understood to have had comparable results to the study done by Fouchier.

Both papers are now being reviewed by the U.S National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity (NSABB).
NSABB does not have the power to prevent the publication but it could ask journals not to publish.
Paul Keim, chairman of NSABB, said: ‘I can’t think of another pathogenic organism that is as scary as this one. I don’t think anthrax is scary at all compared to this.’
Traditionally scientific research has always been open so that fellow scientists can review the work of others and repeat their methods to try and learn from them.
But numerous scientists have said they believe research on the avian flu should be suppressed.
However bio-defense and flu expert Michael Osterholm, who is director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of innesota, said the work carried out was important medically.
He added he could not discuss the papers because he was a member of NSABB but said if they were published certain information could be withheld and made available to those who really need to know.
‘We don’t want to give bad guys a road map on how to make bad bugs really bad,’ he said.

‘West plans false flag ops in Syria’

The United States, Britain and France seek to carry out a series of false flag operations in Syria, says a political observer.
Middle East expert Peter Eyre said on Sunday that the trio “are again rattling their sabers at Syria.”
“They are waiting for a justification to move in; a ‘false flag incident’ such as [what] happened on 9/11,” Eyre said.
The political analyst added that the three countries will “also push the UN for permission to go in [Syria] on humanitarian grounds, which is one of the best cons.”
“For sure the French have their experts training militia close to the border in Turkey and also in Lebanon. The US and British continue to push hard for a regime change,” Eyre said.
The Middle East expert also referred to the stance of Israel against Syria, saying that “at the top of the list is Israel waiting to strike and at the same time utilize their vast storage of weapons that have been stockpiled by the United States (almost double the norm).”
Eyre said the plot against Syria is part of a plan by the United States, Britain and France to “take control of the European Union, Middle East and the world.”
“Their plan has three main themes, to take control of the world’s natural resources, to take control of the markets for those resources, and to take control of the sea lanes and transit routes for those resources,” Eyre added.
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has warned against any foreign attack against Syria, saying the military action will cause instability in the whole Middle East.
Syria has been experiencing unrest since mid-March, with demonstrations being held both in favor of and against President Assad. Hundreds of people, including members of the security forces, have been killed in the turmoil.
Damascus blames “outlaws, saboteurs and armed terrorist groups” for the unrest, saying that it is being orchestrated from abroad.

What If the Constitution No Longer Applied?

What if the whole purpose of the Constitution was to limit the government? What if Congress’ enumerated powers in the Constitution no longer limited Congress, but were actually used as justification to extend Congress’ authority over every realm of human life? What if the president, meant to be an equal to Congress, has become a democratically elected, term-limited monarch? What if the president assumed everything he did was legal, just because he’s the president? What if he could interrupt your regularly scheduled radio and TV programming for a special message from him? What if he could declare war on his own? What if he could read your emails and texts without a search warrant? What if he could kill you without warning?
What if the rights and principles guaranteed in the Constitution have been so distorted in the past 200 years as to be unrecognizable by the Founders? What if the states were mere provinces of a totally nationalized and fully centralized government? What if the Constitution was amended stealthily, not by constitutional amendments duly passed by the states, but by the constant and persistent expansion of the federal government’s role in our lives? What if the federal government decided whether its own powers were proper and constitutional?
What if you needed a license from the government to speak, to assemble, or to protest the government? What if the right to keep and bear arms only applied to the government? What if posse comitatus — the law that prohibits our military from our streets — were no longer in effect? What if the government considered the military an adequate dispenser of domestic law enforcement? What if cops looked and acted like troops and you couldn’t distinguish the military from the police? What if federal agents could write their own search warrants in defiance of the Constitution? What if the government could decide when you weren’t entitled to a jury trial?
What if the government could take your property whenever it wanted it? What if the government could continue prosecuting you until it got the verdict it wanted? What if the government could force you to testify against yourself simply by labeling you a domestic terrorist? What if the government could torture you until you said what the government wanted to hear? What if people running for president actually supported torture? What if the government tortured your children to get to you? What if the government could send you to your death and your innocence meant nothing so long as the government’s procedures were followed? What if America’s prison population, the largest in the world, was the result of a cruel and unusual way for a country to be free? What if half the prison population never harmed anyone but themselves?
What if the people had no rights except those the government chose to let them have? What if the states had no rights except to do as the federal government commanded? What if our elected officials didn’t really live among us, but all instead had their hearts and their homes in Washington, D.C.? What if the government could strip you of your rights because of where your mother was when you were born? What if the income tax was unconstitutional? What if the states were convinced to give up their representation in Congress? What if the government tried to ban you from using a substance older than the government itself? What if voting didn’t mean anything anymore because both political parties stand for Big Government?
What if the government could write any law, regulate any behavior, and tax any event, the Constitution be damned? What if the government was the reason we don’t have a Constitution anymore? What if you could love your country but hate what the government has done to it? What if sometimes to love your country, you had to alter or abolish the government? What if Jefferson was right? What if that government is best which governs least? What if I’m right? What if the government is wrong? What if it is dangerous to be right when the government is wrong? What if it is better to perish fighting for freedom than to live as a slave? What if freedom’s greatest hour of danger is now?

Did you ever think that this would happen to America?
What makes things even sadder is that there are millions upon millions of empty homes right now in the United States.
Millions of American families have been foreclosed upon in recent years and home prices keep falling with no end in sight.
In fact, today it was reported that home prices are now the lowest that they have been in eight years.
So why aren’t people renting or buying more homes?
Well, the truth is that you can’t afford a mortgage payment or a rent payment if you don’t have a decent job.
When someone can’t find a good job, then none of the other economic statistics that many of us love to talk about so much really matter.
That is why I write about what is happening to American jobs so often. Today, big corporations are shipping as many jobs as they can out of the country. An average of 23 manufacturing facilities were shut down every single day in the United States last year. Even though our population is rapidly increasing, there are 10 percent fewer middle income jobs in the U.S. today than there were a decade ago. Until this trend gets reversed, the number of American families living in their vehicles is only going to increase.
Unfortunately, the U.S. economy is about to get even worse.
Today, it was announced that American Airlines has filed for bankruptcy. Sadly, there will be many more companies filing for bankruptcy during the upcoming economic downturn.
As I wrote about yesterday, we really are on the verge of a major league collapse of the financial system in Europe.
Jim Cramer of CNBC says that because of what is happening in Europe, the global financial system is at “DEFCON 3, two stages from a financial collapse that is so huge it’s hard to get your mind around.”
Unfortunately, Jim Cramer is not exaggerating. The global economy is heading for a massive amount of trouble if something dramatic is not done immediately.
This is not a drill. Bert Van Roosebeke, an economist with the Center for European Policy, recently made the following statement about the cold, hard reality now facing Europe….
“We’re actually really running out of money”
Back during the early 1930s, the flow of credit was greatly restricted and that was one of the primary causes of the Great Depression. Back in 2008, another massive credit crunch just about brought the financial world to its knees.
Well, now it is starting to happen again. A nightmarish credit crunch has already begun in Europe, and nobody seems to have any answers about how to stop it.
The following comes from an article in the New York Times….
From global airlines and shipping giants to small manufacturers, all kinds of companies are feeling the strain as European banks pull back on lending in an effort to hoard capital and shore up their balance sheets.
The result is a credit squeeze for companies from Berlin to Beijing, edging the world economy toward another slump.
When there is a credit crunch of this magnitude, it causes the money supply to start to shrink. This is already happening all over Europe as a recent article in the Telegraph noted….
All key measures of the money supply in the eurozone contracted in October with drastic falls across parts of southern Europe, raising the risk of severe recession over coming months.
Right now, we are seeing the money supply in each of the “PIIGS” nations fall at a staggering rate. The following comes from the same Telegraph article referenced above….
Simon Ward from Henderson Global Investors said “narrow” M1 money – which includes cash and overnight deposits, and signals short-term spending plans – shows an alarming split between North and South.
While real M1 deposits are still holding up in the German bloc, the rate of fall over the last six months (annualised) has been 20.7pc in Greece, 16.3pc in Portugal, 11.8pc in Ireland, and 8.1pc in Spain, and 6.7pc in Italy. The pace of decline in Italy has been accelerating, partly due to capital flight. “This rate of contraction is greater than in early 2008 and implies an even deeper recession, both for Italy and the whole periphery,” said Mr Ward.
Those numbers are really, really bad.
But instead of doing something to prepare for the coming economic crisis, members of the U.S. Congress are focused on stripping even more of our liberties and freedoms away from us.
As I wrote about yesterday, a new law (S. 1867) is being pushed through the U.S. Senate that is extremely frightening.
If this bill becomes a law, the United States of America would officially become part of the “battlefield” in the war on terror, and any American citizen could easily be flagged as a “potential terrorist”.
Once identified as a “potential terrorist”, the U.S. military would be able to arrest you, take you to a foreign prison and detain you for the rest of your life without ever having to charge you with anything.
What in the world is happening to America?
Unfortunately, as the economy gets even worse civil unrest in this country is going to intensify and the thin veneer of civilization that we all take for granted is going to start to disappear.
In response to the coming civil unrest, the U.S. Congress will try to pass laws that will be even more repressive than S. 1867.
Our nation has entered a downward spiral and things are going to become very frightening if this thing is not turned around.

Half of all Americans think that bombing Iran is necessary to stop the country’s burgeoning nuclear weapons program if sanctions fail, according to a new Quinnipiac poll. And 60 percent of Americans think that economic sanctions will fail.
A psyops article written by a Danile TOVROV… sounds like a ‘Tribe’ member to me, since they’re always clamoring for more death and destruction to protect their beloved state of hate, Apartheid Israel.But the ‘Chosen Ones’ wouldn’t be doing the fighting and dying, it would be Americans, tricked again by the ‘Tel Aviv Terror Masters’ into doing their dirty work.
The poll, conduced by Quinnipiac, is a university located in Connecticut that even advocates on their web page for war against Iran.
I thought polls were supposed to be fair and impartial. Silly me.
But when you conduct the majority of your ‘polls’ in states like Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, New York, well, count the number of American Israeli’s living in those states, & when it comes to bombing the hell out of Israel’s ‘existential’ enemies, the outcome is a foregone conclusion.
It also helps to have an American Jew of questionable loyalty running the poll.
Douglas Schwartz, PhD, director of the Quinnipiac University Poll, is responsible for the poll’s methodology and all aspects of the survey process, directing each project from conception through analysis.
Even back in 2007, the mass murderers that head Israel and have America by the balls were drumming up support for attacking Iran.
But these back-stabbers aren’t satisified with only having 52% of Americans scared so much that the demand their bitch, the USSA bomb the hell out of a nation that is NO threat to us, but which Israel doesn’t like, their greed for death matches their desire for gold, so they want more, more and more.
This 2009 poll, from PEW–no, not that kind of ‘pew,’ although it does have a certain smell to it–says that 61% of brainwashed Americans want to bomb Iran.
Again, we have some ‘Tribe’ members in senior positions at Pew, like President: Andrew Kohut and Project Director Tom Rosenstiel, who get help from Henry and Peter BERNSTEIN.

Bush, Blair found guilty of war crimes in Malaysia tribunal

Some rightly proclaim there isn’t a snowball’s chance in hell that an international court would charge, much less convict, an American or British leader. This may seem like a quixotic endeavor, but Francis Boyle has had success with filings in international courts before, gaining an indictment against former Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic in the International Criminal Tribunal of the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY).

Former US president George Bush and his former counterpart Tony Blair were found guilty of war crimes by the The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal which held a four day hearing in Malaysia. (Nov. 18 – Nov. 22, 2011)
The five panel tribunal unanimously decided that Bush and Blair committed genocide and crimes against peace and humanity when they invaded Iraq in 2003 in blatant violation of international law.
The judges ruled that war against Iraq by both the former heads of states was a flagrant abuse of law, act of aggression which amounted to a mass murder of the Iraqi people.
In their verdict, the judges said that the United States, under the leadership of Bush, forged documents to claim that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction.
They further said the findings of the tribunal be made available to members of the Rome Statute and the names of Bush and Blair be entered into a war crimes register.
Both Bush and Blair repeatedly said the so-called war against terror was targeted at terrorists.
Lawyers and human rights activists present here say the verdict by the tribunal is a landmark decision. And the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Foundation said it would lobby the International Criminal Court to charge former US president George Bush and Former British prime minister Tony Blair for war crimes.
This is all well and good, correct, right, necessary and done with the best intentions and highest and most noble of ideals and hopes , but, there is a gulf of difference between the Head of State and his henchmen who have won a war and the Head of State and his henchmen who have lost a war…. winning and losing the war determines which side of the bench they are sitting on when the Court is called to rise for the trial, and who puts the noose over whose head.

Furthermore, what must be noted and questioned though, is that there is not one Zionist listed. Why aren’t Wolfowitz, Feith, Libby, Zelikow, Lieberman, Wurmser, Abrams, Chertoff et al. mentioned? There must be a reason.
Why do people of Prof. Boyle’s knowledge and intelligence continue to focus instead on the assets like Bush, Blair, Obama and Brown?
Perhaps because they are Jewish! It is one thing for Boyle to poke sticks at Gentile lions while they are in a cage, but to poke sticks at Jewish Tigers while they are running free might be a bit too much.
That said, if we cannot really expect to see any of those Gentiles brought to Justice, just why do you think he would waste any time trying to bring some of those Jews to Justice. This will rapidly turn into a meaningless exercise, much like most rabbinical issues and arguments. Go figure!
There are some verities in life; the sun will rise in the east, set in the west; it will never rise in the north and set in the south.
And no Jews, Neocons, or their sympathizers, however guilty of War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity will ever sit in the dock in court accused of crimes unless and until he has been reduced to the status of the vanquished and defeated in war, in which case he may be tried and executed by the victor’s courts.
Had Saddam won the war it would have been GWB who would have swung, and Rumsfeld who was hung today.
