Igor Panarin, dean the Russian Foreign Ministry School for future diplomats, believes that President Obama will announce martial law by the end of 2012.
He explains: “There’s a 55-45% chance right now that disintegration will occur.”
In 2009, Panarin lecturedat the Diplomatic Academy where he said that he believes that the US will begin to collapse in 2010.
He compared America to Nazi Germany and blamed the US for the global financial crisis that destroyed the Russian economy.
Panarin said that American society is in decline, referencing school shootings like Columbine.
Combined with the banker bailouts in 2008 as proof that the US is no longer the global dominating economy, Paranrin believes that the American dream is over.
He assertsthat mass immigration, economic decline and moral degradation will plunge America into a civil war that will center on the collapse of the US dollar.
Panarin created a map of how he perceived the US would divide. He asserted that parts of the US would be taken over by foreign interests.
Considering the social climate emerging in America, Panarin’s words seem prophetic.
Recently, Lubbock County Judge Tom Head said on a local FOX affiliate station that he is convincedthat Obama’s re-election would spawn civil unrest which would justify the US government’s use of martial law to quell the public. Head is seeking an increase in local taxes to “beef up” the Lubbock County Sheriff’s office and district attorney’s office.
Head expressed concern that Obama would deploy UN NATO troops onto US soil should civil unrest be declared. Head said: “He’s going to try to hand over the sovereignty of the U.S. to the United Nations, what’s going to happen when that happens? I’m thinking worst case scenario. Civil unrest, civil disobedience, civil war maybe…we’re not just talking a few riots or demonstrations.”
Obama granted himself authority over all domestic energy, production, transportation, food and water in the name of National Security.
The NDRP has roots in the Defense Production Act of 1950 wherein the US government was empowered to dispense “national resources” in the event of a national emergency that would define any or all Americans as a challenge to the government.
Control over all US citizens would be required to maintain continuity of government.
The president and advisors would be able to use this directive as they saw fit if the situation warranted.
The ability to detain any American citizen without charge or trial, solely on suspicion is key to the power of the NDAA.
As defined in the NDRP, the President allocated control over American resources to specific federal agencies to oversee their dispensation.
The Secretary of Defense has power over all water resources
The Secretary of Commerce has power over all material services and facilities, including construction materials
The Secretary of Transportation has power over all forms of civilian transportation
The Secretary of Agriculture has power over food resources and facilities, livestock plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment
The Secretary of Health and Human Services has power over all health resources
The Secretary of Energy has power over all forms of energy
Under Nazi-controlled German, the beginning of Totalitarian control was evidenced in May of 1942 when freezing of food prices led to national rationing in 1943.
With the Nazis controlling resource dispersion, all citizens needed ration cards to obtain food, gas, and even a vacation pass that allotted the restriction of movement.
Between the NDAA and NDRP, a Nazi-model of control over the general population in America is laid out.
The Executive Branch, having been given the power to control all resources that are necessary to sustain all citizens, they have forced Americans to become completely subservient to the US government.
The executive order is not permitted by the US Constitution that states: “All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”
The advent of executive orders completely circumvents the power of the Congress and gives the Executive Branch unilateral power.
The use of executive orders has become popular as a way to control America in wartime and advent of national emergencies.
Obama has set a precedent by announcing the pre-cursor to suspension of the US Constitution during peacetime.
The first suspension of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights was performed by Abraham Lincoln during the US Civil War.
This enabled Lincoln to authorize the unlawful detainment of “political prisoners” without Congressional approval.
The second declaration of unconstitutional detainment of US citizens was ordered by President FDR in 1941 with the roundup of Japanese-Americans who were sent to detainment camps to be held without charge during WW II.
For the past 30 years, plans for the takeover of Americahave been laid in a long line of executive orders.
By stifling Congressional approval, the Executive Branch has been empowered to detain any and all US citizens, suspend all media and restrict any and all Americans in any and all ways deemed appropriate by the President.
We are in the midst of a Fascist takeover of our Constitutional Republic.
A prosecutor in Georgia has added to the federal government’s contention that veterans pose a domestic terror threat as outlined in a 2009 Department of Homeland Security document leaked to the media.
According to the Associated Press, four Army soldiers killed a fellow soldier and his girlfriend to hide the activities of an “anarchist militia group they formed that stockpiled assault weapons and plotted a range of anti-government attacks.”
The government says the group went by the name F.E.A.R., short for Forever Enduring Always Ready.
“The prosecutor said the militia group had big plans,” the AP reports. “It plotted to take over Fort Stewart by seizing its ammunition control point and talked of bombing the Forsyth Park fountain in nearby Savannah, she said.
In Washington state, she added, the group plotted to bomb a dam and poison the state’s apple crop.
Ultimately, prosecutors said, the militia’s goal was to overthrow the government and assassinate the president.”
Earlier this month, we reportedon a government claim that white supremacists are joining the military to receive military training to overthrow the “Zionist Occupation Government.”
The warning followed the mass shooting perpetuated by white supremacist Wade Michael Page, who served in the psychological operations unit at Fort Bragg.
As Susanne Posel documents, a number of former military personnel currently stand accused of making threats or engaging in assassination plots against Obama.
“We can look back at assassination attempts on Obama and see a pattern. They all have been US veterans who were somehow tied to white supremacy groups. This sets the stage for what could be the biggest false flag since 9/11,” Posel wrote on August 23, following the arrest of veteran Anton Caluori for issuing a threat against Obama.
The story of an organized “anarchist” group plotting murder and mayhem in addition to killing the president adds a highly sensationalistic urgency to the government’s domestic terror narrative,
as it transitions from cave dwelling Muslim terrorists to “anarchists” and white supremacists in the military posing a threat that will naturally require a more robust implementation of the police state and more drastic decimation of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

According to an article by Franklin Lamb appearing on the Foreign Policy Journal’s website today, the Israel lobby is preparing to trash a draft report prepared by the U.S. intelligence community that suggests the U.S. needs to drastically reduce its commitment to Israel for a number of increasingly urgent reasons.
This report could signal the beginning of the end of America’s unquestioning provision of military, diplomatic, and financial support to the “Jewish state”, thus a massive P.R. attack is being planned at the Republican National Convention to smear the Obama administration for the intelligence community’s insightful and sensible analysis of the exploitive nature and ongoing dangers of America’s present relationship with Israel.
Expected to be in the forefront of the attack are Congresswoman Illena Ros-Lehtinen, Chair of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, and William Kristol, publisher of the neo-conservative Weekly Standard and Director of the pro-Israel New American Century think-tank and lobby.
The main points made in the intelligence community’s report are contained in the Foreign Policy Journal’s article, link below.
Among the main findings of this ‘relationship analysis’ are some searing indictments of Israel, and of the costly and damaging effects to the economic well-being and the international standing of the United States.
Here are some brief examples, in no particular order:
“Israel, given its current brutal occupation and belligerence cannot be salvaged any more than apartheid south Africa could be…
as American power and influence recedes, the US commitment to belligerent oppressive Israel is becoming impossible to defend or execute consistent (sic) given paramount US national interests which include normalizing relations with the 57 Islamic countries…
U.S. public opinion no longer supports funding and executing widely perceived illegal US wars on Israel’s behalf…”
The draft ends by referring to“the need to avoid entangling alliances that alienate much of the world and condemn American citizens to endure the consequences”,
but above all else I am absolutely delighted to see the following among the points being made:
“…Gross Israeli interference in the internal affairs of the United States through spying and illegal US arms transfers.
This includes supporting more than 60 ‘front organizations’ and approximately 7,500 US officials who do Israel’s bidding and seek to dominate and intimidate the media and agencies of the US government…”
Grant F. Smith’s excellent book “Spy Trade – How Israel’s Lobby Undermines America’s Economy” is a must-read for anyone wishing to round-out their knowledge of these matters. In his forward to the book, former CIA analyst Michael F. Scheuer says in part:
“Israel’s intelligence services have created…a domestic espionage network in the United States whose operatives do the following…
(a) Steal secret business data that benefits Israel’s economy…
(b) Shield the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) from having to register as an agent of a foreign power…
(c) Purloin highly classified military technology that Israel then sells to the highest bidders…
(d) Run covert operations…stealing and passing information to Israel that compromises U.S. foreign, economic and defense policies.
(e) Gain preferential and corrupting access – via illegally coordinated campaign contributions, influence, and intimidation – (to) serving presidents, congressmen, senior law enforcement officials, journalists, judges, bureaucrats, even intelligence officers.
(f) Buy pardons from presidents…”
All in all, this draft report is about the best news I have heard in a very long time.
I have no idea if Obama is in any way responsible for the nature and tone of the report, but the important thing is that such an exposure of Israel’s treachery and exploitation of America is way overdue,
and its wide acceptance by the American people and their leaders will ultimately lead to the dismantling of this malicious and self-serving stranglehold.
The American people will be able to regain the confidence and respect they have lost throughout the world as they have carried out Israel’s bidding over the last few decades,
and they will be able to cleanse themselves of the shame and guilt they have attracted through their support of Israel’s brutal military occupation of Palestine,
and for their decades of enabling land and property thefts, mass killings, and other crimes against humanity.
Every U.N. resolution that was intended to support human rights has been rendered useless by America’s liberal application of its veto powers whenever the world community tries to rein in Israel,
and that too has greatly diminished America’s moral standing everywhere.
It is vital that the expected Israel Lobby attacks on this report be vigorously countered and exposed for what they are, so that Americans will once again be able to stand proud and free both at home and abroad.
I strongly suggest you read Foreign Policy Journal’s excellent report; this could be a game-changer.
The elite in this country have at this point completely separated themselves from the rest of us.
In times gone by, this was not the case as the elite needed to keep alive the illusion of one people as they built their walls to keep us out.
I saw the head of the Republican Party speaking on FOX Business yesterday.
He was saying that this economy is in the ditch. IT IS NOT, at least not for the corporate elite.
Since they have imploded our economy, the elite have thrived.
Record profits in every quarter for corporations, which means record dividends for those wealthy enough to own stock in the big corporations.
Back in the 60s the illusion of the Democrats being for the poor and the Republicans being for the rich was the propaganda of the day.
But as money controls politics, the poor were swept aside as they offered nothing more than a vote that counts for absolutely nothing.
And then in the 80s and 90s, it was the middle class that became all important to what had morphed into a one party system by then.
You see the middle class still had enough accumulated wealth to make them a player in the game.
By 2000, the emphasis was shifted to small businesses as the middle class had shrunk and lost wealth to the point that they were no longer relevant.
And now we are seeing the final shift to the total adherence to the will of the elite as they now control the majority of the wealth.
More tax breaks, less regulation.
The elite just do not feel secure and their security is the only thing that will save us.
I guess this is the path all great civilizations have traveled, which in reality is a circle as we are returned to the same point our founding fathers were at in 1775, an elite ruling class heaping misery upon the rest of the population, which they fully intend to enslave.
It is time to put these arrogant bastards back in their place as the worthless, non-producers they are in reality.
The elite are trying to freeze the situation, thinking that if they can just hold on to the status quo past this election, their theft of our nation can just go on unabated and we will politely step into the shadows and starve to death for them.
I know our people are motivated and are in reality making a big noise.
But just like with Ron Paul and the Occupy Movement, our enemies believe that if that noise does not come across the television, it will not exist in the false reality they have created.
As shocked as many of us will be when this Revolution goes hot, you can bet that the elite are going to be even more shocked.
The best they can do is to pray that it is organized militia that confronts them because it is really the only chance they stand for survival, as the common folk out here are possessed of so much pent up anger that the actions they will take will be categorized as barbaric.
I can’t feel sorry for the elite as it is an absolute fact that they have asked for and deserve everything that is about to be put upon them.
