BREAKING NEWS: Possible Attempted Election Fraud In Nevada

Published on May 5, 2012 by

RNC Threatens To Bar Nevada To Stop Delegates Voting For Ron Paul

Only question remaining is why haven’t these GOP voter fraud communist bastards been rounding up and arrested for treason ?

For that matter, why hasn’t any  Governor, Lt. Governor, or A.G. of any of the States in question, demanded and investigation into all of this GOP crap ??

Even bigger mystery is why haven’t the citizens of each of these States demanded (with threat of a recall) their State Officials open an investigation into all of this voter fraud/voter tampering treason ? …questions, questions… }~~Xaniel777

Army of Paul supporters are seizing control of GOP in under the radar coup

In a stunning move, the Republican National Committee has warned that it may refuse to allow the entire delegation for Nevada to be seated at the national convention for fear that Ron Paul supporters have taken control of the state.

Officials are petrified that Paul’s army of supporters are in position to take up more delegate slots than Mitt Romney supporters. While Romney is thought to have won 20 of the 28 slots available in Nevada, officials fear that the delegates that take them will ignore party rules by voting for Paul over Romney during the first round of balloting.

“I believe it is highly likely that any committee with jurisdiction over the matter would find improper any change to the election, selection, allocation, or binding of delegates, thus jeopardizing the seating of Nevada’s entire delegation to the National Convention,” said John R. Phillippe Jr., the chief counsel for the RNC, in a letter obtained by the Las Vegas Sun.

“If a prospective delegate’s name is certified to the RNC but has not been approved by an authorized representative of the candidate he or she professes to support, grounds for a contest may exist,” Phillippe wrote.

“In any case, to the extent a prospective delegate is purportedly elected in excess of the number of slots allocated to his or her preferred candidate, such delegate will be bound to vote at the national convention for the candidate to whom that delegate was allocated.”

Nevada news source rgj.com reports that despite the threats from the RNC, Carl Bunce, chairman of Paul’s campaign in Nevada, has pledged to continue the strategy of electing as many Paul supporters as possible to Nevada’s national delegation this Saturday at the state convention.

Bunce said that the strategy is within the rules, referring to the RNC letter as “a creative writing assignment given to them by the Romney campaign to threaten the Paul supporters and Ron Paul campaign.”

“It’s ridiculous. It is nothing more than a veiled threat.” Bunce added.

“You can’t come in in the seventh inning and say, ‘Oh, we are going to change the rules here. The (Romney) campaign adviser has to come in and give you a loyalty test on who you support before you can go to bat,” Bunce said. “This is tyranny, if you can come in and change the rules whenever you want. That’s not a republic. That’s tyranny.”

As we reported yesterday, Republican officials all over the country are terrified that Ron Paul’s mass appeal among grassroots groups and the exceptionally strong dedication and organisation of Paul supporters could see them hijack the national convention for their candidate.

Many Republican insiders believe that Paul’s supporters are literally seizing control of the party by stealth at the State level.

If Paul can score a plurality of delegates from five states, his supporters could nominate him from the convention floor. If delegates thought to be Romney supporters then actually turn out to be Paul supporters, the convention could be thrown into chaos as far as GOP officials see it.

This weekend, Paul supporters in Maine are aiming to get their own convention chairman elected and take a majority of delegate slots in another “takeover” attempt.

Last weekend, Paul delegates dominated Louisiana GOP caucuses. Paul supporters won about four and a half of the six Congressional District caucus conventions. A campaign news release noted that Paul is now in position to dominate the state convention in June.

In Massachusetts, Paul national campaign chairman Jesse Benton told the Daily Caller that Paul supporters occupy 16 of 19 delegate slots filled in congressional district selection processes.

“They are bound to Romney but support Ron,” Benton told the Daily Caller. “The effect of this coup isn’t immediately clear.”

Paul supporters have also registered a number of successes in the past week at state committees and conventions in Minnesota, Alaska, Iowa, Colorado, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.

Speaking on Bloomberg News earlier in the week, the congressman himself admitted that his campaign was “doing very, very well” by using the establishment’s own rules against it.

“Just look at this last week. The news is very favorable to us. We could even end up winning Iowa, ironically enough. In Minnesota, we’re doing well, and Maine, Nevada and Missouri. We’re doing very, very well. Some of the states we could very well win or come up very much because the delegate process is completely different than these straw votes,” Paul said.

Did you honestly think the Ron Paul revolution would be televised? Here’s a check on reality as to who is really the #1 presidential nominee for 2012.

Whilst the supposed front runner Romney barely gets over 100 people to a rally, Gingrich and Santorum after talking to empty rooms of 30 people, one man has been pulling in the masses. That man is Ron Paul.Ron Paul is the only one in polls who can and would beat Obama, the NWO puppet.

“Freedom is popular” – Ron Paul

His message of individual liberty and freedom to all is growing a worldwide following.
People are taking heed to the liberty movement as Ron Paul and others expose the criminality of our governments and institutions that have enslaved us for so long.

He has the #1 support from not only the troops who no longer wish to be at war, he also has the support of the youth. The intellectual revolution has begun…

Whitewashing Mass Murder

{ XANIEL’S NOTE : How long is the world going to stand by an allow these Zionist Israeli bastards to get away with this.

( AND REMEMBER, THIS IS NOT ABOUT JEWS, THIS IS ABOUT ZIONISM IN ALL THEIR UGLY FORMS,  this includes Christian Zionist who have made they support for Zionist Israel very clear ! And not all in Israel are bad, as many Israelis are the victims of their own Zionist Government, much the way we are in the U.S.)

Some of you may have decided that your one voice won’t change anything. WELL, YOUR WRONG !

Your voice, my voice, everyone’s voice does and will make a difference.

Still there are others that are afraid to take action for fear of being called antisemitic.

Allow me to point out to you, that speaking up and telling the truth about what these ‘ Murdering Israeli Zionist Viruses of Mankind and the World ‘ are doing to the innocent men, women, and children of Palestine,  does not make you antisemitic !

It makes you a person with a conscious who knows the difference between right and wrong and demands that these people answer for their ‘ Crimes Against Humanity ‘. Just like the world did with the Nazis and all their crimes.

And what Israel continues to do to the Palestinians is wrong, racist and cold bloodied murder! ( And let’s not ever  forget, that most

( not all ) of Israel’s cowardly soldiers, use Palestinian children as body shields, when they not busy arresting, beating and molesting them!)

Israel is constantly setting off projectiles in Israeli territory ( usually in areas where none of their people get hurt ) and then quickly blaming it on the Palestinians, so they can justify murdering more of them !

Don’t believe me? Then prove me wrong by doing your own research.

You can start with the attack on the USS Liberty.( see : Israeli attack on USS Liberty (US Navy ship) )

Israel tried to sink the Liberty so they could blame it on Egypt ( Israel’s enemy at the time and may be again, very soon ) and by doing so, could draw the United States into it. ( Because Israel doesn’t want to spill their own blood, they want to spill the blood of our children in wars that they themselves started and demand the U.S. finish.)

But let’s not throw all the blame on Israel. As President L.B.J. gave the okay for Israel to do it ! ( You didn’t know that,  did you ! It’s true, just like President Bush  and that psychopath  Dick Cheney  gave the C.I.A. and the Israeli Mossad the okay for the 9-11 attacks, so they could blame terrorist and launch never ending wars. Don’t believe this either?  Well wise up, because Our ( U.S. ) Government and Zionist Israel are not your friends. Pull your heads out of the sand and see the truth for what it is ! We have all been duped !!)

This screaming antisemitism by the Israeli Zionist is nothing by a tool so that they can get away with crimes, murder and other Zionist nonsense not seen as appropriate by the rest of the Sane World.

And when screaming antisemitism doesn’t seem to work they immediately start shoving  their back-up weppon up everybodies

ass : ‘ WE’RE VICTIMS OF THE HOLOCAUST ‘, because of that we the right to murder and cheat, and start wars that the U.S.A. has to finish for us! I am sorry that they fell victim in the Holocaust, however, they are do the same thing on a slower scale to the Palestinians.

History will come to remember it as ‘ The Palestinian Holocaust ‘ and ‘ The Nuremberg Trials for the Zionist ‘ would like similar to this photo :  (Nazi trial at Nuremberg)

So, I DO NOT CARE, if they call me antisemitic. I will still yell the truth about these Zionist Israeli Murders from the highest mountain and all it would take for the world to finialy take notice and act on these ‘ Crimes against Humanity ‘ , is for your voices to be heard with mine.

Israel’s 2008-09 Gaza war was one of history’s great crimes. Missiles, bombs, shells, and illegal weapons were used against defenseless people. Mass slaughter and destruction followed.

Brazen crimes of war and against humanity were committed. International protection wasn’t afforded. Responsible officials remain unaccountable.

Before his fall from grace, Richard Goldstone said:

“(T)here is evidence indicating serious violations of international human rights and humanitarian law were committed by Israel during the Gaza conflict, and that Israel committed actions amounting to war crimes, and possibly crimes against humanity.”

Over 1,400 Gazans were killed. Around 80% or more were civilians. Thousands of others were injured, many seriously. Extensive civilian infrastructure and private property were destroyed or damaged, including homes, schools, hospitals, mosques, and businesses.

Killing 29 members of one family perhaps was Cast Lead’s greatest crime. Bombing their home killed 21. The previous day, IDF soldiers gathered 100 members there. Surviving ones and human rights activists demanded justice. They still do. They were denied.

On May 1, Israel said those responsible won’t be prosecuted. The case was closed. Major Dorit Tuval, Deputy Military Advocate for Operational Matters, said civilians “who did not take part in the fighting ” weren’t killed “ in a manner that would indicate criminal responsibility.”

He lied! They were willfully targeted and murdered. All Israeli investigations are whitewashed. Justice is denied. It never has a chance. International law prohibits targeting civilians. Doing so is official Israeli policy.

B’Tselem attorney Yael Stein said:

“It cannot be that in a well-managed system no person will be found guilty of the army operation that led to the killing of 21 people who were not involved in combat, and resided in a structure on the instructions of the army even if the attack was not done purposefully.”

“The manner in which the army rids itself of responsibility in this case… again illustrates the need for an investigatory body outside of the army.”

On January 4, soldiers ordered Salah Samouni and those with him from their home. They took it for a command post. Those inside moved next door to family member Wael’s house.

Concentrating unarmed men, women, children, infants, and the elderly in one building made them feel safe. So did having soldiers close by who knew they were there, even though war raged around them.

On January 4, they used six or more Samouni compound houses as military posts. Earlier fighting killed family members. Some were shot in cold blood at close range. The atmosphere was trigger-happy. Israeli soldiers used Palestinian civilians for target practice.

They also fired at anyone who moved. They willfully targeted civilians. Wounded victims bled to death. Commanders kept ambulances away from target sites. Even unarmed civilians trying to walk away were shot. Bombing and shelling killed others.

On January 5, Salah thought family members still remained in another house. He wanted them safer with him. IDF shells and rockets struck the building. He said:

“My daughter Azza, my only daughter, two and a half years old, was injured in the first hit on the house. She managed to say, ‘Daddy, it hurts.’ And then, in the second hit, she died.”

“And I’m praying. Everything is dust and I can’t see anything. I thought I was dead. I found myself getting up, all bloody, and I found my mother sitting by the hall with her head tilted downward.”

“I moved her face a little, and I found that the right half of her face was gone. I looked at my father, whose eye was gone. He was still breathing a little, and then he stopped.”

Under dust and rubble in one large room, nine family members remained alive. They included the elderly matriarch, five grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. The youngest was three.

The previous day, nine-year old Amal saw soldiers burst into her home. They killed her father, Atiyeh. She took shelter in Uncle Tallal’s home. Together with other family members, they moved to Wael’s house. She didn’t know her brother Ahmad was bleeding to death in his mother’s arms in another neighborhood home.

Surviving children found food scraps to eat. They went from corpse to corpse shaking them, hitting them, telling them to get up. Amal regained consciousness. Her head was bloody. Her eyes rolled in their sockets. She cried out for water. She wanted her mother and father. She beat her head on the floor.

Doctors called removing shrapnel from her head too dangerous. No one’s sure how events unfolded after Wael’s house was struck. Survivors were dazed and injured.

After Cast Lead ended, rescue teams returned to the neighborhood. Wael’s house lay in ruins. IDF bulldozers demolished what remained. Corpses were still inside.

Saleh wanted to know why soldiers attacked them. “Why did they take us out of the house one at a time, and the officer who spoke Hebrew with my father verified that we were all civilians. So why did they they shell us, kill us? This is what we want to know.”

He feels exiled on his own land in his own country. “We sit and envy the dead. They are the ones who are at rest.”

Masouda Samouni said:

“I have no hope, no future, I lost everything in the offensive. I was in the corner with my children just watching. I was screaming and crying, I saw everything, the blood and the brains.”

“There was smoke everywhere. I saw my brother-in-law falling down, and my mother-in-law. I realized that my three brothers-in-law and my mother-in-law were dead….I was injured in the chest and couldn’t move….I was bleeding and five months pregnant.”

Soldiers stormed Ateya Samouni’s home. He identified himself as the owner. Soldiers shot him while he was still holding his ID and an Israeli driver’s license.

They opened fire inside the room where 20 family members were sheltered. Deaths and injuries resulted. Other abuses followed. Mona Samouni saw her parents shot to death.

Almaza Samouni lost her mother and six siblings. Survivors suffer from depression and nightmares. Like most Gazans, they manage as best they can. Trauma still affects many. Children are harmed most. How can any family recover from 29 members lost? They want answers but never got them.

Brigade commander Colonel Ilan Malka ordered an air strike on their house. Militants were inside, he claimed. He ignored junior officers saying civilians were there or close by.

Twenty-one inside were killed, including women and children. Another 19 were wounded.

When is a crime not one? When Israel says so. When is denied justice gotten? Maybe next time.

Palestinian Rights Activism Endangered

Stephen Lendman, Contributor
Activist Post

In America, Israel, Europe and elsewhere, supporting Palestinian rights publicly is dangerous.

In September 2010, FBI agents raided homes of Chicago and Minneapolis human rights activists.

Two Chicagoans affected said 20 FBI agents ransacked their home. They and others had computers, cell phones, and other personal belongings taken.

They weren’t terrorists. They committed no crimes.

Most supported the Freedom Road Socialist Organization. It publishes a newsletter called Fight Back.

An FBI spokesman lied, saying raids targeted people “providing, attempting and conspiring to provide material support” to terrorist groups. In fact, those named are legitimate, lawful and/or resistance organizations. They included Hezbollah, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, and FARC-EP.

In June 2010, the Supreme Court Humanitarian Law Project v. Holder ruling is relevant. It targeted First Amendment rights. The Justice Department likely used it as justification for the raids and others.

Individuals or groups opposing policies of America, NATO, Israeli, or other US allies can be targeted for expressing views publicly.

In its 6 – 3 decision, the Court criminalized “knowingly provid(ing) material support or resources to a foreign terrorist organization.” The State Department can designate any group a “foreign terrorist organization,” whether or not it’s true.

Designations are largely political, not terrorist related. Claims about threatening US security are used to heighten fear and justify hostile actions. Wars sometimes follow.

Washington, NATO allies, Israel, and rogue Arab League states conspire to wage them. Anti-war groups, human rights activists, and Palestinian supporters are vulnerable. Florida Atlantic University (FAU) Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) were targeted.

They call themselves “a student-run political and advocacy organization that was created for the purposes of stimulating a heightened awareness among the FAU community and South Florida, in general, for the plight of the Palestinian people living in Occupied Palestine.”

Similar groups exist on dozens of US campuses. Among others, they include UC Berkeley, Yale, Penn State, Purdue, NYU, Harvard Law, Georgetown, Colombia, Brown, Brandeis, and University of Texas (Austin).

They advocate Palestinian self-determination, ending Israel’s occupation, the right to resist to achieve it, respecting international law and human rights, the right of return, and other social and political justice issues.

FAU activists protested against Israel demolishing Palestinian homes. In response, they got death threats. Pro-Israeli groups threatened them.

The Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), National Lawyers Guild (NLG), Jewish Voices for Peace, CODEPINK, and 11 other human rights organizations issued a statement defending their free speech rights. In part, they said:

“We, the undersigned, condemn efforts, both on and off campus, to silence student speech in support of Palestinian rights, and affirm the First Amendment rights of students to engage in such speech.”

“It is not anti-Semitic to criticize the conduct of the State of Israel. It is not “hate speech” to challenge violations of international law and internationally recognized human rights standards.”

They cited the Supreme Court’s Terminiello v. Chicago decision. It ruled speech “may indeed best serve its high purpose when it induces a condition of unrest, creates dissatisfaction with conditions as they are, or even stirs people to anger.”

“Speech is often provocative and challenging. It may strike at prejudices and preconceptions and have profound unsettling effects as it presses for acceptance of an idea.”

Speech is constitutionally protected. Without it, all other rights are endangered. In Keyishian v. Board of Regents, the Supreme Court ruled that protecting free expression “is nowhere more vital” than on campuses.

Academic freedom shares equal importance. Silencing anyone for unpopular or other political views can’t be tolerated in free societies. Millions support Palestinian rights worldwide.

FAU and other students are constitutionally protected to do it. So is everyone. Censorship is abhorrent everywhere.

Defending human rights is vital. So is supporting justice for those denied it.

Targeting Australian Palestinian Rights Activists

On May 1, Palestine solidarity goes on trial. Nineteen Melbourne, Australia activists were targeted for nonviolently protesting last July for Palestinian rights.

Outside a Max Brenner (MB) chocolateria store, police attacked them violently. The Israeli conglomerate Strauss Group owns MB. It supports militantly occupying Palestine.

Activists are charged with besetting (meaning to surround a building) and trespass. Some face additional charges, including “riotous manner,” resisting and/or hindering arrest.

Their protest was one of several the Coalition Against Israeli Apartheid organized. It’s part of the global boycott, divestment, and sanctions (BDS) campaign.

The case involves speech, public solidarity, and right to protest peacefully in a free society. Expressing Palestinian, anti-imperial, and social justice support publicly risks retaliation in many Western countries and elsewhere.

Police violence, arrests, and false accusations follow. Melbourne protesters were brutalized. One woman had her shoulder dislocated. Another said:

“I was dragged behind police lines. Once they grabbed me and started dragging me, I went limp and dropped to the ground.”

“As I was being carried through the corridors of the loading dock, I lost consciousness because one of the police had me in a choke hold. I am not sure how long I was out, probably a few minutes. I woke up on the loading dock floor and heard the police saying I was ‘out.’ “

Pro-Israeli supporters held counter-demonstrations. The fascist/Islamophic Australian Protection Party (APP) and Australian Defense League (ADL) held their own in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.

One APP leader held a sign, saying: “I’m more interested in the purer form of fascism.” It included other extremist comments as well.

Palestinian activists called it no accident that neo-Nazis and pro-Israeli zealots united against the Melbourne 19. They said success in Australian politics depends on unswerving loyalty to Israel and cracking down hard on opposition groups.

The case involves collusion among pro-Israeli groups, police, the shopping center management where MB’s store is located, and the Victorian government.

New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies head Vic Alhadeff discussed tactics used. He said they’re “not limited to engagement with civil society and politicians, patronage of boycotted outlets, cooperation with police, shop owners and centre managers, and exposure of the motives behind the BDS movement.”

Strategy he said should be “speak softly” but carry “a big stick.” Police provide big ones but don’t “speak softly.”

During a July 27, 2011 bail hearing, Victoria police admitted that confrontation was decided before protesters demonstrated. It followed meetings with Zionist organizations, the local government, shopping center management, and Max Brenner.

Palestinian solidarity is criminalized. So is BDS activism. Anyone supporting right over wrong is vulnerable. Doing it publicly may bring fines and jail. It also subjects activists to police brutality. Whether in Melbourne, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, or Jerusalem, criticizing Israel is dangerous.

Militarized police lash out violently. In Australia, America Europe, and elsewhere, special units have been trained. Designations include Special Operations Groups (SOGs). Critical Incident Response teams are part of the Victorian Police Force Response Unit Command.

Tactics used include close monitoring and infiltrating groups, as well as kettling. It involves confining demonstrations to small areas.

A Final Comment

Following last July’s confrontation, Stop the War Coalition Sydney (SWCS) headlined “Support the Melbourne Boycott-Israel 19 Defence Campaign!” saying:

Attacking Palestinian rights activists “highlights increasing attempts to criminalise BDS and pro-Palestine solidarity activism internationally.”

Hundreds in America and Europe face criminal charges for supporting what’s right. Their civil liberties are violated. Melbourne’s Herald Sun said a new 42-member “Public Order Response Team” was established for involvement in “breaking up public protests.”

Representing the Coalition Against Israeli Apartheid, civil liberties lawyer Rob Stary denounced the attacks and arrests. He said they show that “the new Victorian government is prepared to criminalise legitimate dissent.”

SWCS called on “all supporters of human rights, freedom of speech and civil liberties to stand in solidarity with” the Melbourne 19.

Over two dozens human rights groups and over 100 activists, scholars, journalists, other professionals, students, unionists, and at least one courageous politician signed the Melbourne 19 solidarity pledge and defense campaign support statement.

They urged those able to please donate to their defense fund as follows:

Palestine Solidarity Campaign
Commonwealth Bank
BSB: 063-262 Account: 1052 9148.
Please tag donations DF19

Defend Palestinian rights! Defend their right to resist! Defend the right to protest! Defend the Melbourne 19 for courageously doing it!
