Facebook ‘ Bump and Dump ‘ May be in progress

{XANIEL’S NOTE :( TIME OF THIS WRITING – Sunday, May 20, 2012 11:18 P.M. )

From this point on, neither this website or any of the others that I maintain, will promote the Facebook  ‘ LIKE or SHARE ‘ buttons.

Let this be the beginning  of a Massive Global Boycott on Mark Zuckerberg and his Facebook Social Media !

My reasons for this are listed in the several excerpts below.

But in a quick summary , Facebook has more than proven itself to be,  not only Government Data Retrieval Tool, but one for the Shadow Government as well.

The very fact that the Banks had to prop up Facebook’s Stock last Friday ( May 18, 2012 ) to keep it from dropping below $38.00 a share tells me that this was nothing but a ‘ Bump and Dump ‘ that will generate an overwhelming amount of money for the Bankers as well as the rest of the Elite.

And let’s never forget, Mark Zuckerberg will make out like a Bandit anyway this goes !!

Meanwhile, those who came later or late for that matter, to the stock purchases and are just your average investors , will mostly likely take a massive hit when Wall Street opens later today, ( Monday – May 21, 2012 ).

And even if, by some miracle, they don’t lose the butts today, you can bet that they will very soon.

Goldman Sachs is well none for pushing a certain stock to all their clients  ( as they have been doing with this Facebook stock ) and then betting against said stock to clean up, costing their clients major money. ( My question, of course, is why in the hell would anyone listen to Goldman Sachs in the first place??)

But let’s not forget that Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase are also known to do the same thing, and equal have been pushing the Facebook stock ! Let’s remember here, people, these are the same Banks along with the Fed and their two sister banks, whose very greed caused the 2008 crash and not one person has yet been arrested for.

Although I am not giving investment advise, you may want to consider these facts described here and dump any investment you may have made in Facebook !

To do this or not, is of course up to you.

I’m just pointing out, that these Banks make major money by breaking people like you, with games like this one !

But as I said, ‘ NOT INVESTMENT ADVISE ! ‘  Just me talking out loud about what I would do in this situation. And to better understand why I feel this way, please continue with the excerpts below. }~~ Xaniel777

Mark Zuckerberg

His profit, your problem

From The Daily News

While Mark Zuckerberg has made billions, Facebook users have been paying with their privacy

On Friday, Mark Zuckerberg and his fellow Facebook founders reaped the benefits of the company’s stock offering — but it’s Facebook’s users whose lives have truly been transformed in the last five years, as the little company that could became a global behemoth, one that in many cases knows more about you than you know about yourself.

The good news: People start relationships, find jobs, keep in touch with family members, learn new skills and figure out what products to buy, all thanks to an unprecedented and exhilarating ability to connect.

But Facebook has a dark side as well. The permanent, indelible record of people’s posted triumphs and foibles — photos, reflections and opinions people often presumed to be semi-private when they revealed them to family and friends — increasingly come back to haunt them.

Employers, law enforcement officials, landlords, lovers, spouses, stalkers, universities and other third parties make judgments about us based on what we post. For some of us, our online selves now matter more than our offline selves.

According to a study sponsored by Microsoft, 75% of companies now require human resource officials to check out a job applicant’s online presence before making a job offer.

An April 2012 study by CareerBuilder found that one-third of the hiring managers who looked at a person’s online profile found a reason not to hire him or her — for example, photos of perfectly legal behavior such as a woman wearing provocative clothes or drinking alcohol.

A 24-year-old high school teacher from Atlanta took a summer vacation in Ireland and Italy and posted 700 photos. The teacher was forced to quit her job because of vacation photos that showed her sampling a beer during the Guinness factory tour and drinking wine in Italy.

And when, earlier this month, a Virginia worker was fired for “liking” his boss’s competitor on Facebook, a judge held that “likes” weren’t protected by the First Amendment.

In a troubling trend, more and more employers are asking job applicants for their Facebook passwords, so they can view what people post on their private pages and perhaps even see who their virtual friends and acquaintances are.

Other prospective employers “shoulder surf,” making the job applicant log in to view his private page over his shoulder.

By peeking at an applicant’s posts and photos, employers do an end run around federal employment laws.

The Pregnancy Discrimination Act prohibits an employer from asking a job applicant if she is planning to get pregnant.

Yet she might have posted, “Getting married in July, thrilled to be starting a family.”

Facebook Banker Morgan Stanley Bought A Humongous Amount Of Stock To Try Support To Price

From Business Insider

May 19 (Bloomberg) — Morgan Stanley, the lead underwriter in Facebook Inc.’s initial public offering, stands to take a hit from a stock market debut that stoked disappointment among investors in the largest social network.

The bank stepped in to prop up the stock from dipping below its $38 IPO price yesterday, said people with knowledge of the matter, who asked not to be identified because the purchases were private.

Morgan Stanley, based in New York, was the only underwriter among Facebook’s 33 banks with the responsibility to support the shares, the people said.
Underwriters “are acting like the cavalry to keep this thing going up,” Eric Jackson, founder of Ironfire Capital LLC, said in an interview on Bloomberg Television’s “Street Smart.”

“They’re not going to be here a week from now, two weeks from now, a few months from now. It does suggest that there are going to be some rocky waters ahead.”

Days before the sale, Facebook and Morgan Stanley decided to bump the offering price range to one with $36 as a midpoint to persuade the company’s backers to sell more of their stock, one of the people said.

Facebook and the bankers knew pre-IPO investors were willing to sell more, though not at the initial midpoint range of $31.50 a share, the person said.

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Accel Partners were among backers that decided to sell additional shares in the IPO.

The IPO price, at the top of the increased range, prevented a first-day pop in the shares, which advanced 23 cents to $38.23 yesterday.

“It does indicate that investors are conscious of the risk, that the revenue model is still unproven, that operating costs are high and rising,” said Brian Wieser, an analyst at Pivotal Research Group LLC with a $30 price target on Facebook. “Those factors are weighing on the investors. The stock is greatly overvalued.”

Without trust, Facebook isn’t worth $100 billion

From Al jazeea

Mark Zuckerberg has trust issues, big ones, and they could sink his extraordinary company.

We all know his successes,
including commanding an astonishing $104 billion for the company he built on the backs of an equally astonishing 900 million
Facebook users.

But Zuckerberg has also made several missteps that raise fundamental questions about his reliability and ultimate intent.

The miscalculations are serious enough that they threaten permanent damage to Facebook’s relationships with users – and,
ultimately, to its advertisers, investors and brand.

=============COMMENTS FROM : Mike Rivero of WRH.com

There is no way that major Wall Street players ever saw the Facebook IPO as a long term investment.

We are in all probability
looking at a get-rich-quick “pump and dump”, but there may well have been an additional agenda at work.

We know the main players manipulkate the markets.

The almost $12 billion poured into the Faceook IPO late Friday to prevent the price from going into the red represents one form of obvious manipulation. And there are many others, including the use of high-speed computer trading systems

However, because of the many years that the PPT has manipulated the stock market with their high-speed computer trading
systems, savvy small investors have left trading, which means the actual flow of cash into the market has dried up.

The PPT games shuffle what money exists around and around in circles trying to run up some impressive looking numbers, but the volume and the value is simply no longer there.

So, part of the reason for the major push for Facebook may have been to lure young investors into the market with the Facebook
“brand”, rubes too dumb and inexperienced to know they were lambs to the financial slaughter, to form the new lowest level of
the Wall Street pyramid scheme.

The value of such a re-invigoration easily explains why the major Wall Street firms turned a blind eye to Facebook’s inability
to pay dividends on the IPO, and why Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs gambled nearly $12 billion late Friday
to prop the price up.

If I am correct, and the Facebook IPO was intended to bait new investors into the stock market as a whole, then any major drop
in Facebook value Monday will trigger a general market panic.~~Mike R.

Banks spend big to prop up Facebook shares on first day of trading

From NYPost Business

It was another Wall Street bailout — but this time the banks had to cough up the cash.

Facebook’s underwriters propped up the social-network’s trading debut yesterday, as the shares threatened to crash through the
initial public offering price of $38.

The banks working on the massive $16 billion IPO, including Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs, did their duty
by buying up large blocks of Facebook stock toward the end of the day to support the price.

Facebook shares opened up 11 percent at $42.05, and traded as high as $45, before running out of steam, disappointing
investors hoping for a big first-day pop.

The shares closed up just 0.6 percent at $38.23

Sean Hyman: Facebook Is a Sucker’s Stock

From NewsMax

Facebook is a sucker’s stock.

Why do I say that?

The media hyped it. And the only folks who seem to be itching to snatch it up are the inexperienced stock investors.

All my friends who aren’t stock investors are the ones who were looking to potentially buy it. All of my other friends who
have a ton of years in the financial industry all shunned it. It’s simply overpriced.

There’s a reason why. Professionals in the industry know how this all works.

For starters, the pros who did want some shares of Facebook got it years ago (as early as 2009) through SharesPost or
SecondMarket Holdings, which are ways that accredited investors can own positions of private-company stock.

So the ones who wanted it already had it…and at a much more favorable price than the IPO price.

Secondly, the underwriters of Facebook’s stock increased the number of shares available by about 25 percent, or about 100
million shares. Well, that just cut up the overall pie into much smaller pieces and that’s not good for the individual

Thirdly, Goldman Sachs, Tiger Global Management and others decided to sell half of their positions as it debuted in public.

So the “smart money” is selling it at a time when the hype is so huge that the “dumb money” will want to take it off of their

If Goldman thought it was such a great deal then they wouldn’t be cashing out of 50 percent of their holdings in Facebook.

So the “big boys” are selling and only the inexperienced investor is trying to snatch it up. That should tell us all we need to
know right there.

But there are other concerns that I have with Facebook as a stock.

For instance, its revenue per monthly user is declining.

For instance, back in the fourth quarter of 2010, Facebook earned $1.20 of revenue per monthly user.

In Q4 of 2011, that rose to $1.34. But in the first quarter of 2012, it’s down to $1.17. So the revenue is dropping off.

That’s a concern of mine.

Facebook IPO fight-back begins: share price ‘implausible’, says analyst

on the first day of trading was revealed.( SEE THE REST OF THE STORY AT THE TELEGRAPH )

FBI Agent Fleeing Massive Manhunt Warns “They’re All Insane”

From the Trenches

Posted on May 20, 2012 by D R Gomez

EU Times  A bizarre Foreign Ministry report circulating in the Kremlin today states that this Friday past (11 May) Russian Envoy Vladimir Vinokurov, the Consulate General of San Francisco, was approached near his hotel room during a visit to Los Angles by an agent of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation(FBI) identifying himself as Stephen Ivens [photo top left] who warned that he and a former FBI agent named Donald Sachtleben had uncovered evidence of an impending terror attack on US soil stating that those behind the attack were “all insane.”

Before Ivens was able to finish his “message,” this report says, the threeAmerican Diplomatic Security (DS) agents, who trail all Russian diplomats in the US, began to “surge” towards Ivens causing him to flee.

According to US news sources, Special Agent Ivens, after leaving downtown Los Angeles, returned to his home in Burbank whereupon he then fled into the rugged Verdugo Mountains after which a massive manhunt for him ensued involving 100 FBI agents, 40 sheriff’s department rescuers and a dozen local police officers.

FBI officials stated to the local media that Ivens was “distraught” and “might be suicidal” , ( XANIEL’S NOTE : Standard procedure for the goon squad better known as the F.B.I. ),  adding that they believed he had in his possession his service weapon.  At no time, however, did anyone ever state as to why Ivens would be in such a state.

According to other US news sources, Special Agent Ivens graduated from Braintree High School in Massachusetts 18 years ago and was selected by his fellow students as “shyest” in his class.

He was further described by FBI colleagues as well liked, a devoted agent with no history of disciplinary action on the job, and according to FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller “Married with a one-year-old child, he has been working for the FBI for the past three years in the national security area. Prior to that, he worked as a Los Angeles police officer for eight years.”

Late yesterday, after the massive manhunt failed to find any trace of Ivens, his wife Thea Ivens issued an urgent public appeal stating: “Steve, if you are out there listening right now, your wife wants to let you know, ‘Babe, we are in this together for better or for worse. I love you, no matter what happens.’ Your child wants you to know, ‘Daddy’s work? Daddy home?’”

Even more bizarre about this case, this report continues, is that the retired FBI agent named Donald Sachtleben mentioned by Ivens, who also knew about this impending “plot,” was arrested within hours of Ivens disappearing and charged with trading child pornography.

( XANIEL’S NOTE : Once again, standard procedure for the F.B.I., in order to gain the public’s sympathy and to be able to then manipulate what Sachtleben might say/said publicly. )

Most important to note about Sachtleben was, aside from his being an over 25-year veteran of the FBI, he was a special agent bomb technician before retiring in 2008 who specialized in counterterrorism and bombing investigations and whose most important case was the 11 September 2001 attacks on New York City.

According to US news reports about Sachtleben’s arrest, this most knowledgeable of FBI agents openly traded child porn using the e-mail address pedodave69@yahoo.com’ in an act so stupid for one of the United States most highly trained intelligence agents it defies belief.

The practice of US intelligence services charging their most feared dissidents with child pornography and/or sex charges is well known, with the most celebrated case being against the former UN weapons inspector William Scott Ritter, Jr. who warned about the lies being told to the American people in the run-up to the Iraq War only to find himself sent to prison on trumped up charges involving a minor girl.

To exactly what kind of false flag plot Agents Ivens and Sachtleben had uncovered this report doesn’t say, other than to note that the credibility of this information should not be dismissed due to how fast and hard US intelligence agencies are acting to cover their tracks should any additional information come forth.

Grimly to be noted is the use of false flag operations by the United States and their political elite classes are well known and well documented, the most famous of them being Operation Northwoods.

Operation Northwoods was a series of false-flag proposals that originated in 1962 within the United States government, and which the Kennedy administration rejected.

The proposals called for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), or other operatives, to commit acts of terrorism in U.S. cities and elsewhere.

These acts of terrorism were to be blamed on Cuba in order to create public support for a war against that nation, which had recently become communist under Fidel Castro.

One part of Operation Northwoods was to “develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington.”

Operation Northwoods proposals included hijackings and bombings followed by the introduction of phony evidence that would implicate the Cuban government.

It stated: “The desired resultant from the execution of this plan would be to place the United States in the apparent position of suffering defensible grievances from a rash and irresponsible government of Cuba and to develop an international image of a Cuban threat to peace in the Western Hemisphere.”

Several other proposals were included within Operation Northwoods, including real or simulated actions against various U.S. military and civilian targets.

The plan was drafted by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, signed by Chairman Lyman Lemnitzer and sent to the Secretary of Defense.

Although part of the U.S. government’s Cuban Project anti-communist initiative, Operation Northwoods was never officially accepted; it was authored by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, but then rejected by President John F. Kennedy.

As the events of Oklahoma City and 9/11 prove, however, the appetite for false flag operations against the American people by their own government is far from sated, with the next one, undoubtedly, being the worst of them all.

Editor’s Note : Mindless Masses is an article about the commentaries of Paul Craig Roberts.

The internet army have completed their job of exposing the Mainstream Media for the liars and hypocrites they are. They have no choice left now but to CHANGE.

PC Roberts has a keen knack for seeing things and fitting them into their broader scope, which helps connect the dots and illustrate the entire picture.

If the United States of Israel wants to pick on China, they will discover that China is no middle Eastern dis-united petty sandbox, “Banana Republic” in the hands of petty despots.

It is a big place, with a lot of resources, and an almost inexhaustible supply of man and woman power, none of whom have ever been conquered or overwhelmed by anyone other than one of their own, using their own people and resources…

by Paul J Balles

Living in America is becoming very difficult for anyone with a moral conscience, a sense of justice, or a lick of intelligence. –Paul Craig Roberts

“The new tyranny is arising in the West, not in Russia and China. The danger to humanity is in the nuclear button briefcase in the Oval Office and in the brainwashed and militant American (sic) population, the most totally disinformed and ignorant people on earth.”

It’s well-worth following what Roberts has to say. He’s one of the most informed thinkers and writers in America.

Roberts was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury during President Reagan’s first term.

He authored eight books and was Associate Editor of the Wall Street Journal. His numerous academic appointments testify to his scholarship.

His experience and breadth of research provide the broad perspectives found in his articles. Roberts is a no-holds-barred writer.

He’s not a partisan writer. “If I had time to research my writings over the past 30 years, I could find examples of partisan articles in behalf of Republicans and against Democrats. However, political partisanship is not the corpus of my writings.”

Roberts has been a severe critic of the media, though he has contributed to the mainstream media like the Wall Street Journal.

He says, “Anyone who depends on print, TV, or right-wing talk radio media is totally misinformed. The Bush administration has achieved a de facto Ministry of Propaganda.”

Commenting on “Americans who rely on the totally corrupt corporate media have no idea what is happening anywhere on earth, much less at home.”

Focusing on Israel, Roberts ridicules the myth that Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East.

“In truth, Israel is a fascist state, one that has been in violation of international law and Christian morality during the entirety of its existence. Yet, in America Israel is a hallowed icon,” he observes.

“Like Bush, Cheney, and Obama, millions of American ‘Christians’ worship Israel and believe it is ‘God’s calling’ for Americans to die for Israel,” Roberts adds.

“Washington cannot exist without conflict. Now that the ‘Muslim threat’ is wearing thin, Washington is stirring up a conflict with China,” argues Roberts.

“China will be presented by Washington and its prostitute media, especially the New York TimesWashington Post, and Murdoch’s collection of whores, as the rising threat to America,” Roberts predicts.

“The US government relies on secret evidence in its cases against alleged terrorists, claiming that national security would be threatened if the evidence were revealed. This is abject nonsense,” concludes Roberts.

“To the contrary, not presenting evidence jeopardizes the security of each and every one of us. Once the government can convict defendants on the basis of secret evidence, even the concept of a fair trial will disappear.”

Roberts challenges mainstream dogma about 9/11: “Having bought the government’s 9/11 conspiracy theory, Americans just want someone to pay. They don’t care who as long as someone pays.”

“No more humiliating affront has ever been suffered by a major power than the US suffered on 9/11,” Roberts recalls.

“Yet, absolutely no one, not even some lowly traffic controller, was scapegoated and held accountable for what is considered to be the most extraordinarily successful terrorist attack in human history, an attack so successful that it implies total negligence…”

Occasionally intelligent, well-founded but unpopular views can be found on the internet.

Those who have missed Paul Craig Roberts should enjoy the benefit of an awakening, rising above the mindless masses through his wisdom.

Government tyranny:Destroying 15 years of research proving Monsanto’s Roundup kills bees

Illinois Department of Agriculture secretly destroys beekeeper’s bees and 15 years of research proving Monsanto’s Roundup kills bees

From NaturalNews

May 20, 2012 by: Jonathan Benson, staff writer

(NaturalNews) An Illinois beekeeper with more than a decade’s worth of expertise about how to successfully raise organic, chemical-free bees is the latest victim of flagrant government tyranny.

According to the Prairie Advocate, Terrence “Terry” Ingram of Apple River, Ill., owner of Apple Creek Apiaries, recently had his bees and beehives stolen from him by the Illinois Department of Agriculture (IDofA), as well as more than 15 years’ worth of research proving Monsanto’s Roundup to be the cause of Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD) destroyed.

It began last summer when Ingram, who teaches children about natural beekeeping, gave a sample of his honeycomb to IDofA inspector Susan Kivikko (http://www.agr.state.il.us/programs/bees/inspectors.html) at a beekeeper’s picnic.

Ingram explained that his bees would not touch the comb, and asked Kivikko if it could be tested for chemical contamination.

Kivikko told him that IDofA does not test for chemicals, presumably because its policy is to actively promote them, and instead took the comb and had it tested for “foulbrood,” a disease that Ingram says is greatly overblown.

When the test allegedly came back positive, Kivikko proceeded to get the ball rolling on a witch hunt that would eventually lead to the illegal seizure and destruction of Ingram’s personal property.

Not only did Kivikko, as well as her colleague Eleanor Balson and superior Steven D. Chard, break the law by trespassing Ingram’s property on numerous occasions without a warrant,

but they also committed numerous crimes by stealing his hives and equipment and destroying pertinent evidence before a hearing, which Ingram believes may have ultimately been rooted in a deliberate conspiracy by the state to hide the truth about Roundup, and subsequently steal his most vibrant bees.

IDofA appears to have targeted Ingram for his research linking Roundup to CCD

Of particular interest was Ingram’s extensive research on Monsanto’s Roundup herbicide, which began several years ago when hundreds of Ingram’s hives had died.

He later determined that Roundup sprayings near his property were to blame, which prompted him to actively research the subject and closely monitor his hives in conjunction with this research from that point onward.

What he gathered, and subsequently taught to others, was concrete evidence that Roundup kills bees.

He also used this information and his many years of experience to develop and refine ways of growing strong, chemical-free bees in spite of Roundup sprayings, a move that apparently upset IDofA, which operates primarily to serve the interests of chemical companies rather than the interests of the people.

“Is Illinois becoming a police state, where citizens do not have rights?” asked Ingram, who has been deliberately denied his rights, to the Prairie Advocate. “Knowing that Monsanto and the Department of Agriculture are in bed together, one has to wonder if Monsanto was behind the theft to ruin my research that may prove Roundup was, and is, killing honeybees.”
