Cabal begins peace negotiations, detailed discussions begin

From Benjamin Fulford’s Blog

June 05, 2012

The cabal that illegally seized power in the Western world and attempted to set up a fascist world dictatorship known as the New World Order is trying to negotiate a peaceful transition to a saner planet.

Although there is much we cannot discuss in order not to endanger ongoing negotiations, the talks are focusing on how to smoothly carry out a transition away from fossil fuels and nuclear energy and how to arrange a harmonious rapport between East, West, North and South.

It is not clear, however, if the families that own the US Federal Reserve Board are acting too late and offering too little to prevent a revolution against their secret government.

It is also worth mentioning that the Bilderberger meeting that just ended has turned into a media distraction to draw attention away from the real secret meetings that are taking place, like the one planned for June 21st.

Obama Administration Doubles Down for Indefinite Detention Authority

From FederalJack

June 4, 2012 by

(Common Dreams)   DOJ threatens appeal after judge issues injunction, calls provision ‘unconstitutional’.

Federal prosecutors from Obama’s Dept. of Justice on Friday asked a judge to lift an injunction placed on specific section of a recent law that permits the ‘indefinite military detention’ by the United States government and was signed by the President in December.

Earlier this month, Manhattan federal court Judge Katherine Forrest, sided with plaintiffs who filed suit as journalists and political activists against provisions in the 2011 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), arguing portions of the law were vaguely worded and an encroachment on their right to free speech, overstepping constitutional authority.

“The government was unwilling or unable to state that these plaintiffs would not be subject to indefinite detention under [Section] 1021,” Judge Forrest said in her earlier ruling. “Plaintiffs are therefore at risk of detention, of losing their liberty, potentially for many years.”

Federal prosecutors argue that indefinite military detention without trial is justified in some cases

But the prosecutors on Friday double-down on behalf of the executive branch, saying that indefinite military detention without trial is justified in some cases involving militants or their supporters.

But Forrest’s previous argument, was that the government had not adequately addressed the concerns of the plaintiffs who said that they, too, because of their activities as political advocates or as journalists interacting with various ‘potentially targeted’ parties, could also be swept up.

Also, arguing against “promises” of restraint by the Obama Justice Dept., the plaintiffs said there were no guarantees that future administrations wouldn’t apply the statute more broadly.

“This law was, after all, not about foreign terrorism,” prize-winning journalist, Chris Hedges, one of the plaintiffs in the suit, wrote last week. “It was about domestic dissent.

If the state could link Occupy and other legitimate protest movements with terrorist groups (US Day of Rage suffered such an attempt), then the provisions in the NDAA could, in a period of instability, be used to “disappear” U.S. citizens into military gulags, including the government’s offshore penal colonies.

And once there, stripped of due process, detainees could be held until, in the language of the law, ‘the end of hostilities’.”

“In an age of permanent war that would be a lifetime,” he said.

Reuters: U.S. asks judge to undo ruling against military detention law

Federal prosecutors on Friday urged a judge to lift her order barring enforcement of part of a new law that permits indefinite military detention, a measure critics including a prize-winning journalist say is too vague and threatens free speech.

Manhattan federal court Judge Katherine Forrest this month ruled in favor of activists and reporters who said they feared being detained under a section of the law, signed by President Barack Obama in December.

The government says indefinite military detention without trial is justified in some cases involving militants and their supporters.

But critics worry that the law is unclear and gives the Executive Branch sole discretion to decide who and what type of activities can be considered as supporting militants.

The judge’s preliminary injunction bars the government from enforcing section 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act’s “Homeland Battlefield” provisions.

The section authorizes indefinite military detention for those deemed to have “substantially supported” al Qaeda, the Taliban or “associated forces.”

The judge said she was worried by the government’s reluctance at the March hearing to say whether examples of the plaintiffs’ activities – such as aiding the anti-secrecy website WikiLeaks in the case of Birgitta Jonsdottir, a member of parliament in Iceland – would fall under the scope of the provision.

Bruce Afran, a lawyer for the plaintiffs, said the government’s brief failed to address fundamental concerns about what type of conduct is outside the law, and which person or group is deemed sufficiently “independent” of enemy forces.

“It is surprising that the government is pursuing this case because it has other statutes that specifically target terrorist groups,” Afran said.

The government noted that courts rarely intervene in matters directed by the Executive Branch.

“Issuing an injunction regarding the President himself, or restraining future military operations (including military detention) … would be extraordinary,” prosecutors wrote, noting that they were considering an appeal of the judge’s order.

Chris Hedges: A Victory for All of Us

The government lawyers, despite being asked five times by the judge to guarantee that we plaintiffs would not be charged under the law for our activities, refused to give any assurances.

They did not provide assurances because under the law there were none.

We could, even they tacitly admitted, be subject to these coercive measures.

We too could be swept away into a black hole. And this, I think, decided the case.

“At the hearing on this motion, the government was unwilling or unable to state that these plaintiffs would not be subject to indefinite detention under [Section] 1021,” Judge Forrest noted. “Plaintiffs are therefore at risk of detention, of losing their liberty, potentially for many years.”

The government has 60 days to appeal.

It can also, as Mayer and Afran have urged, accept the injunction that nullifies the law.

If the government appeals, the case will go to a federal appellate court.

The ruling, even if an appellate court upholds it, could be vanquished in the Supreme Court, especially given the composition of that court.

We had none of the resources of the government. Mayer and Afran worked for weeks on the case without compensation.

All of us paid for our own expenses. And few people, including constitutional lawyers of Glenn Greenwald’s caliber, thought we had a chance. But we pushed forward.

We pushed forward because all effort to impede the corporate state, however quixotic, is essential. Even if we ultimately fail we will be able to say we tried.

This law was, after all, not about foreign terrorism. It was about domestic dissent.

If the state could link Occupy and other legitimate protest movements with terrorist groups (US Day of Rage suffered such an attempt), then the provisions in the NDAA could, in a period of instability, be used to “disappear” U.S. citizens into military gulags, including the government’s offshore penal colonies.

And once there, stripped of due process, detainees could be held until, in the language of the law, “the end of hostilities.” In an age of permanent war that would be a lifetime.

Why Collective Consciousness Will Soon Render All Forms of Government Obsolete

by Michael Forrester

French sociologist Emile Durkheim first used the term collective consciousness to label shared beliefs and moral attitudes that bind people together within a particular society.

In a fragmented world populated with myriad beliefs and ethnic groups collective consciousness is more akin to a mosaic puzzle than to a coherent social fabric — a micro-concept.

However, the coming integration of human interactions across the planet within a shared consciousness will be a macro-concept.

Governments basically mirror collective consciousness and because of that, they will soon disappear.

Those things we don’t like in a government are the very things we need to see in our collective mirror.

Although most elections are not democratically held, it is still the people’s consciousness which determines who gets elected.

Those who are against a particular canditate may actually contribute to him or her becoming elected.

They then make themselves the victims when the chosen leader fails them.

The victims who don’t stand in their own power and assume self-responsibility for what happens to them, but blame others instead, require a government or institutions to drive them even deeper into victimhood.

Until, of course, there is saturation point, when the pendulum must swing back.

You can only awaken when you are asleep first.

The last hours of slumber that the masses are currently experiencing, are reflected by the government’s policies.

Those policies that appear to be favorable to the people are disguised attempts to keep them further enslaved.

Medicare and health care for all, for example, is not a kind gesture or humanistic service to help the people, but a legalized way to feed the masses with more and more poisonous drugs, to hand out crutches, and to keep them quiet, asleep.

The collective consciousness and karmic lessons to be learned by the masses allow the vested interest groups, the bankers, Federal Reserve, medical industry, the armed forces, to play their control games.

The president of a country is the least powerful figure, more like a puppet in the puppet theatre.

The innocent children think the puppet moves and talk like they do, but the puppet is not capable of doing or saying anything that isn’t controlled by its master.

To become reelected the president has to please the majority of the masses, and those who control the money and power behind the scene.

The earth itself and its inhabitants are currently ascending from it’s primal systems based on third dimensional governments and reptilian mindsets to conscious co-creation where singularity at the core of our universe will emanate constant “enlightened universal consciousness.”

Government systems cannot be part of this ascenion process where the earth is currently completing its change from third to fourth dimensions.

The ultimate and imminent collapse of these old systems of societal life, brought about by the masses and the government will create a new form of life on the planet, controlled by natural law.

The man-made rules and regulations that are used to govern the people are necessary only as long as the people don’t know how to live in accordance with the natural laws of life, for lack of self love.

This trend is shifting fast and the turbulence that is gripping mankind is all part of it.

Humankind is waking up, and there is nothing that can stop it now. Love will replace control as the dominating power of life on earth.

The importance of the Collective Consciousness will be attributable to the following:

  1. No Government Control – The Internet is point-to-point communication. No government can control all points.

  2. No Language Barriers – Advances in software afford almost simultaneous translation across multiple platforms.

  3. No Friction – Business models based upon lack of information will fail.

  4. No Spin – Multiple access points means less opportunity for special interests to control people by spinning information.

  5. Infinite Collaboration – Think it, design it, share it, fail and start again at high speed.

  6. Commonality – People discover that they really are not that different after all, which aligns interests.

Traditional government will soon fragment.

The existing government as we know it will change rapidly.

Today’s government paradigms worked for getting things done for the last century with methodologies that cannot operate with the upgraded thought processes of collective consciousness.

The people of earth have decided it’s time for a shift and governments will have to either adapt or be left behind as archaic and outdated controls.

If they do adapt it will be government 2.0 for the people.

But the greatest probability is that people will simply govern themselves.

A  Deadly-Serious Longwave Economics Note

From Urban Survival

By George Ure – June 04, 2012

I have been telling you for how long (since 1999…) that one of the reasons for the economy blowing up worldwide is that people are living longer and that as ages increase, the burden on government goes up and that means more deficits and yada, yada….

OK, so check this out:  The head of AIG (remember them, you bailed them out, right?) is now saying that the retirement age will have to go up to 70 or 80 to pay for the global financial mess.

Couple of points:  I don’t believe in “too big to fail” since that’s a lie.  Money has a kind of Newtonian laws that most people don’t get.  You know how under Newton, for every force there is an equal and opposite reaction?

It works that way in finance too:  For every colossal f/u there is a financial rape victim.

What the monied class does is looks for the victim which will be most quiet!

This looks like a distracted group (workers, 30-50) so let’s nail them!

In free market capitalism, businesses fail.  It is  patently two-faced of the “free traders” to want their cake (free trade) and eat it too (except when they need a bailout for their own screw-ups).

But this most important part of this story is in what’s not being said:  This is YOU being put on notice by the bankster-class that because of their bailouts YOU (if you’re under 50 or so) are gong to have the finishing line of life moved out several years from age 66.

Is it going into YOUR pocket?  No.

Social Security was raided long ago…this is the equal and opposite to the bailouts – put it to people who won’t notice what we did…

What is NOT BEING TOLD (truth really pisses people off) is that this will mean higher structural unemployment since we don’t have enough jobs to go around as is.

Another example of equal and opposite in finance.

And even fewer in the future due to what?

Automation and computers added to the new art of metal printing!

That’s what the free-traders want, you see?

Which is why a war or some other nasty series of events to cause massive destruction (and the increased economic activity from resultant recovery efforts that would follow) is so vitally necessary now to the PTB

Or, if not that, a global devaluation of 50-80% to “reset” the economy.

Once again, however the equal and opposite is that would constitute the largest financial crime in world history….which has to make that so damn appealing.

I suggest you read this as a grab the Vaseline and do an ankle check for the next generation.

If you didn’t get that, you’re not paying attention.

The next part of the crooked sales pitch to look for?

Oh, since you’re going to live longer, you will be able to pay off those student loans after all!

And still have a shelf life of 40-years as a “free consumer” of useless products since you won’t be put out to pasture at age 80 or beyond.

Fun stuff, huh?  Beat ’em some more so it will feel even better when we quit, kinda thinking.

To put it in more polite demographic terms:  the issue for the bankster class is “Which cohort can we screw next?”   30-50s?  You’re it!

[I will sell you one of my No Incumbents!  No Bailouts! stickers, though if it will make you feel better, but since corporate interests own Washington, don’t be holding your breath looking for substantive change…just more of Ure’s law of financial motion.

Repeat after me:  Everything is a business model and For every bailout there will be a screwee…

One more Ure axiom of financial motion laws?  Sure:  Body’s at rest remain broke.

75% of physicians in the world refuse chemotherapy for themselves

From NaturalNews

January 13, 2012 by: S. D. Wells

(NaturalNews) Doctors used to think that if they drained a sick person’s blood it would purge the “evil” infection or disease right out of the body, but all that did was make the ill person much weaker, unable to fight off whatever was invading their body, and the patient was then highly likely to lose the battle for life, and in less time.

This is all documented in a groundbreaking downloadable PDF report published by NaturalNews:

Research using polls and questionnaires continue to show that 3 of every 4 doctors and scientists would refuse chemotherapy for themselves due to its devastating effects on the entire body and the immune system, and because of its extremely low success rate.

On top of that, only 2 to 4% of all cancers even respond to chemotherapy or prove to be “life extending,” yet it is prescribed across the board for just about every kind of cancer.

Polls were taken by accomplished scientists at the McGill Cancer Center from 118 doctors who are all experts on cancer.

They asked the doctors to imagine they had cancer and to choose from six different “experimental” therapies.

These doctors not only denied chemo choices, but they said they wouldn’t allow their family members to go through the process either!

What does that say about their true opinion of this archaic method?

These surveys are having a profound effect on the general public opinion of chemo treatments in most of Western society, especially the United States, which uses more than any nation in the world.

This lack of trust by doctors is spilling over to patients, and the move towards natural remedies is increasing, much the way it did in the early 1900’s,before the dawn of corrupt medicine, pharmaceuticals, and radiation.

An elevated level of toxicity is actually the last thing any human being needs when fighting infection, disease, or pneumonia.

Auto-immune disorders are mainly caused when humans ingest chemicals from food, drinking water, vaccines contaminated with chemicals, artificial sweeteners and environmental pollution.

Chemotherapy, like the popular Cis-platinum, fills the body with horrific toxins, and doctors and scientists know it, but because the FDA outlaws doctors from suggesting or prescribing vitamins, supplements, herbs and super-foods, chemical therapy is still “recommended.”

The way to beat cancer is to detoxify your body and build up your host immune system, not break it down further by dousing one tumor or one organ with chemicals that pollute the entire system.

Put it this way, if an elderly person had an injured toe and it needed a cold compress to help heal it, would you submerge the senior in a freezing pool of water repeatedly for days, and then wait for the toe to heal?

Doctors know how absurd the ideology of chemotherapy really is, but when a society bases the bulk of its therapy onchronic care management, the doctors are silently coerced into suggesting it or finding another profession.

Chemotherapy shows very little success with common solid tumors that occur in the colon, lung and breasts, as documented over the past decade, yet somehow doctors still push “chemo” to attempt to stave off tumors and malignant growths in these areas of the body.

Could it be some extreme coincidence that although 75% of doctors would refuse chemotherapy for themselves and their family members, they still prescribe it for 75% of their patients?

The costly price of chemo and the likelihood of Big Pharma “kickbacks” is screaming the answer “no.”

At best, chemotherapy should be considered alternative treatment, but for over 70 years Allopathic medicine has warped the public perception of true medicine, so if you happen to get cancer and your doctor tells you what to do, you may want to ask him/her if they would do the same thing for themselves and their family members.
