American political commentator James Fetzer believes that the United States and Israel are undoubtedly the world’s “two leading terrorist organizations.”

“There really can be no serious doubt that the United States and Israel are the two leading terrorist organizations in the world which is the reason why the Department of State has to make incoherent claims” like the one that accuses Iran of supporting terrorists, Fetzer told Press TV on Saturday.

Fetzer was pointing to the annual report by the Department of State, which was published  on Friday. The report does not mention Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey, which are widely believed to be the main supporters of terrorists in the Middle East. The US itself stands accused of financing and arming militants in the region.

“The United States created the ISIS (ISIL), the United States is sponsoring the ISIS, the United States has opposed the United Nations’ declaration that ISIS is a terrorist organization,” Fetzer said.

Today we commit to bring all state and federal governments, agencies and branches to a screeching, blood curdling halt.  No more fear, no more hiding in the shadows.  Today you will make a choice;  ”I am an American Patriot who will solve this problem”, or “I am choosing the side of slavery and betrayal.”

Either you are the solution… or, you ARE the problem.

The time for vacillation and hand-wringing are done.  Today we as a nation, as a people, as a business, as a parent, as a child, as a family, today, we take action.  We will starve this beast into submission.  We will bring the entire nation and every state to a screeching halt economically and peacefully using the tool of Civil Disobedience.

Prepare yourselves for trouble, discomfort, hunger, cold and fear. But most importantly… prepare yourself for SUCCESS.  Success in restoring our nation to the Rule of Law, to morals, ethics, honesty, and the courage to take on the hard and painful task of bringing order to chaos.

Our nation is at the end of a long road.  From here the road goes Left or Right.  There is no more straight ahead.

Here’s the plan:

All businesses:  

1. Cease sending in sales taxes, employee contribution taxes and any other funds that go to the state or federal governments.

2. Withhold any payments made to any government agency, either state or federal until the demands are met.

3. Withhold all real estate tax payments

4. Withhold all payments  to banks, mortgage companies, auto loans, credit card companies, revolving lines of credit, Real Estate taxes

5. Cease all orders for new products and services

6. Place the funds in designated ‘escrow’ accounts and withhold the funds until the state and federal governments capitulate.

7. The End Goal?  Bring all commerce, funding and payments to a halt.  No money moves, period.  No product moves, Period.

All individuals:

1. Prepare yourselves and families to take shifts in ‘camping’ out in front of the state and federal capitols until ALL demands are met.

2. Withhold all payments to banks, mortgage companies, auto loans, credit card companies.

3. Place all funds in a designated ‘escrow’ account and withhold the funds until the state and federal governments capitulate.

4. Purchase only what you need in food & fuel for a 90 day window.

5. Don’t worry, it can’t last that long.  Remember, 90% of America has only enough food to last 3 days.  Understand that state governments are required by law to pay ALL bills with real money and they don’t have the luxury of a Federal Reserve who can print endless greenbacks.  States will break within 10-15 days… maybe less.

6. The End Goal?  Starve The Beast.  Bring all commerce to a halt.  No work, no taxes paid, no purchases, no commerce, no movement.  A complete and total freeze of all money, supplies, and work.

When does this begin?  

July 4th, 2013.  Independence Day.

What will happen? 

1. A complete and total freeze will be impossible to hide from not only every individual in our nation, the entire world will be forced to take notice.

2. The mass media will at first try to ignore it.  Thankfully, there is enough ‘alternative’ media sources that will cover the planet with the news that America is in peaceful REVOLT.  ”Those crazy American’s are taking their nation back for the 2nd time!”

3. State Governments will be the first to capitulate.  Their funding is generally ‘hand to mouth’.  Without monetary resources from sales taxes and income tax paid via employers, they will be bereft of funds within days.

4. The Federal Government can print money (Illegally via the Federal Reserve – A private cabal of Banksters).  They however also rely on tax revenues sent in from employers.  They cannot print indefinitely.  Further, the pressure from states, individuals and the globe will be impossible to ignore.

5. The Federal Government will not last beyond a few weeks or perhaps a couple of months at most.

What is the Goal?

The goal of this process is to take back our nation, peacefully, civilly, but with unrelenting force.  No government can exist without funding from the citizenry.  Everyone knows and acknowledges that our state and federal governments are completely out of control in relation to both money and abuse of power.

Our goal is to cut off the money supply and starve the beast to death.  Either it will capitulate to our demands, or it will die.  In either event, We The People will come out of this period with our nation intact and our Constitution again in full force and effect.

So what demands are we making?

1. All existing members of congress resign pending an emergency nationwide election for both state and federal governments.

2. President Barack Obama must resign pending an emergency national election to replace him.

3. No current member of congress may run again in the emergency election

4. Nationwide personal taxation at a level not to exceed 10% of income.

   1. Everyone pays, not 51% – everyone.

   2. No deductions, no loopholes

5. Nationwide corporate taxation at a level not to exceed 20%.

   1. No deductions, no loopholes

   2. If a corporation attempts to avoid paying taxes by ‘hiding’ or sheltering money overseas, that corporation is prohibited from doing business in the United States.

6. The Federal Reserve MUST return all national banking and money supply to the Treasury as Constitutionally mandated within a 3 year time frame.

   1. The Treasury Department Shall Not delegate the Constitutional duties and obligations to any third party

   2. The Treasury Shall Not use fractional banking.  All money must be backed by precious metal.

7. All administrative agencies not Constitutionally Mandated are immediately disbanded and considered Null & Void including but not limited to the following:

   1. EPA – Environmental Protection Agency

   2. DHS – Department of Homeland Security

   3. IRS – Internal Revenue Service – We have no need of the IRS.  It will be replaced with a simple monitoring body to ensure all funds are collected.

   5. No ‘Agency’ Shall Exist.  Congress has no authority to sub-delegate the limited ‘power-of-attorney’ that the Constitution provides for it to possess.

9. All government accounting Shall be done under GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

10. The National (Federal) Government Shall Not exceed the enumerated powers delegated to it in the Constitution

Our national currency is on the verge of collapse due to the Federal Reserve diluting the money supply.  Administrative Agencies surveillance violates the privacy rights.  The IRS is bleeding our nation to death.  

The Presidency has become an secret dictatorship.  Every member of congress has betrayed their oath of office.  Lobbyists have turned our government into the ‘best congress money can buy’.  

Our national heritage, laws, policies and constitution have been sold to the highest bidder.  Corruption is the rule of the day in both State & Federal governments.

Our Constitution is all but defunct after decades of grinding away by traitors and treasonists who call themselves ‘representative’ of the people.

This revolt, while peaceful, will change everything.  Either we change it now, while words suffice, or we accept the ‘fundamental change’ that our governmental leaders have planned for us.

The word to describe that is, Slavery.  Enslaved by debt, monitored, castrated, emasculated, cowered, fearful and subservient to an elitist new world order that declares YOU to be food and livestock.  

To be used, or abused, at the will of your masters.  It matters not the name or face of the master for they are all the same.  Tyrants whose ego and desire for power and money are fed by your demise.

On Tuesday, a federal appeals court ruled that the US government can indefinitely detain anyone under the National Defense Authorization Act.

This comes as a blow to the ruling that was given earlier this year, when US District Court Judge Catherine Forrest ruled that the NDAA was unconstitutional. So what does this mean for journalists and why was it overturned?

Update: Michigan Counties Continue the Fight Against NDAA

Soon Michigan may join the list of other states who have passed legislation checking the president’s power under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to indefinitely detain American citizens.

On Monday, September 24, constitutionalists and friends of liberty gathered at the Oakland County (Michigan) General Government Committee Meeting to support Commissioner Jim Runestad’s Liberty Preservation Resolution.

Blake Filippi of the Tenth Amendment Center (TAC) originally drafted this measure with the assistance of the Rhode Island Liberty Coalition. 

Reports to The New American from those attending the meeting indicate that many residents attended the meeting, as well, and passionately defended the right of Americans to live without the specter of an all-powerful police state looming over their every action.

One citizen, Anna Janek, stood at the meeting and recounted a childhood living in fear of government and police in communist Czechoslovakia.

A follow-up meeting to consider the anti-NDAA proposal is scheduled for Monday, October 8 and 9:30 A.M.

Apart from the noble work being done in Oakland County, State Representative Tom McMillin (R-Rochester Hills, pictured above, at left) has introduced a bill in the state legislature that would prevent the president’s power to indefinitely detain Americans from crossing the Wolverine state borders.

McMillin’s measure, HB 5768, would prevent the arrest and indefinite detention of citizens of his state under the authority of relevant provisions of the NDAA.

According to the text of the legislation: 

No agency of this state, no political subdivision of this state, no employee of an agency of this state or a political subdivision of this state acting in his or her official capacity,

and no member of the Michigan national guard on official state duty shall aid an agency of the armed forces of the United States in any investigation, prosecution, or detention of any person pursuant to 50 USC 1541, as provided by the federal national defense authorization act for fiscal year 2012.

The day after citizens turned out to support the cause of freedom in Oakland County, over 40 concerned Michiganders attended the Michigan State House Oversight, Reform and Ethics Committee chaired by Representative McMillin.

Led by TAC state coordinator Shane Trejo, representatives from a coalition of groups devoted to the protection of individual liberty testified in favor of McMillin’s bill and the principle of due process. The organizations present at the hearing included People Against NDAA, Campaign for Liberty, Downsize D.C., the Bill of Rights Defense Committee, and the ACLU among others.

Notably, consistent defender of the Constitution Congressman Justin Amash (R-Mich.) appeared before the committee and spoke in support of HB 5768.

As readers may remember, Amash’s effort to repeal the indefinite detention provisions of the NDAA for 2013 was blocked in May when by a vote of 238-182, members of the House of Representatives voted to renew the president’s power to arrest and indefinitely detains Americans suspected of posing a threat to national security.

At the committee meeting in Lansing, however,  no testimony in favor of the NDAA was heard.

In a statement, Representative McMillin recognized Amash for his aid to the cause of liberty.

“I appreciate the support from Congressman Amash, who has fought against the federal law that enables the executive branch to arrest and indefinitely detain anyone on U.S. soil using the slightest thread of evidence or suspicion,” McMillin said.

“Michigan residents should not be party to what most people consider an unconstitutional infringement on the rights of citizens by indefinitely imprisoning someone under the most ambiguous of terms,” he added. 

Other parts of Michigan are actively engaged in the good cause of fighting for liberty.

In Allegan County, County Commissioner Bill Sage is working with his colleagues and encouraging them to get behind a county resolution specifically supporting HB 5768.

Sage’s goal, according to a press release issued by People Against the NDAA (PANDA), is “to get all 83 counties to pass a county resolution in support of HB5768.”

It is primarily thanks to the tireless efforts of County Commissioner Sage that by a vote of 8-3, the Allegan County Commission passed a resolution reaffirming the principles of the McMillin bill.

Allegan County’s resolution explicitly rejects the exercise in that jurisdiction of the NDAA’s indefinite detention provisions.

The resolution reads:

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Allegan County Board of Commissioners condemns in no uncertain terms Sections 1021 and 1022 of the 2012 NDAA as they purport to:

1)  Repeal Posse Comitatus and authorize the President of the United States to utilize the Armed Forces of the United States to police the United States of America,

2)  Indefinitely detain persons captured within the United States of America without charge until the end of hostilities as purportedly authorized by the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force,

3)  Subject persons captured within the United States of America to military tribunals, and

4)  Transfer persons captured within the United States of America to a foreign country or foreign entity

In a letter to the editor of the Allegan County News, Sage explained to readers the purpose of the resolution:

In order to protect these [constitutional] rights, it is time for Michiganders to speak up against this unconstitutional federal law.

On July 26, I presented the Allegan Liberty Preservation Resolution to the Allegan County Board of Commissioners with the intent of passing support for State Rep. Tom McMillin’s Michigan Liberty Bill, HB 5768,

which makes it illegal in the state of Michigan for any official of the state, be they National Guard or any other official, to assist in the investigation or arrest of any citizen of Michigan in connection to sections 1021 and 1022 of the NDAA.

The resolution also states that all agencies of Allegan County up to and including the Allegan County Sheriff Department and all police departments in the jurisdiction of Allegan County are instructed to decline requests from federal agencies acting under detention powers of Sections 1021 and 1022 of the NDAA that could infringe upon county residents’ constitutional rights.

It should be of the first priority of all our elected officials, from the governor, U.S. Senate, Congress, states senate, state representatives, right down the line to the board of commissioners, to aggressively defend our country and constitution in every avenue possible.

All Americans should be encouraged by the efforts underway in Michigan and elsewhere to enforce the Tenth Amendment and to prevent the unchecked growth of the power of the federal government.

The Tenth Amendment mandates:

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

In the statement issued by PANDA, Dennis Marburger of Bloomfield, Michigan, explained the critical role of the Tenth Amendment in safeguarding the sovereignty of the states from the constant usurpations of Washington:

Thomas Jefferson called this the cornerstone of the Constitution.

When Freedom of Speech was under attack by President Adams in 1798, Jefferson went to Kentucky in order to fight back through his Kentucky resolves where he enunciated the concept of Nullification, which he called the “rightful remedy” to D.C.’s lawlessness and violations of the Constitution.

James Madison went to Virginia and and wrote the Virginia Resolves calling for state interposition between the people and Feds when the latter unconstitutionally endanger the former.

Thus was born “the Spirit of ’98”.

The State of Michigan joined other Northern states in employing noncompliance / Nullification to resist the Fugitive Slave Act and government sanctioned kidnapping in the 1850’s.

Finally, in a statement to The New American, Dan Johnson, the founder of PANDA, praised the people and lawmakers of Michigan for their commendable work on behalf of freedom.

“We are very excited about what is happening in Michigan right now and, with leaders like Dennis Marburger, Bill Sage and Ray Kirkus, we fully expect Rep. Tom Mcmillin’s bill to pass out of committee and onto a full floor vote in Michigan,” Johnson said.

By passing similar anti-NDAA resolutions, counties and states across American can proudly join several other state and local authorities in taking a stand against the federal government’s use of the NDAA to abolish centuries old due process and habeas corpus protections.

US intel effort named citizens, not terrorists

 WASHINGTON (AP)  A multi billion dollar information-sharing program created in the aftermath of the Sept. 11 attacks in 2001 has improperly collected information about innocent Americans and produced little valuable intelligence on terrorism, a U.S. Senate report concludes.

It portrays an effort that ballooned far beyond anyone’s ability to control.

What began as an attempt to put local, state and federal officials in the same room analyzing the same intelligence has instead cost huge amounts of money for data-mining software, flat screen televisions and, in Arizona, two fully equipped Chevrolet Tahoes that are used for commuting, investigators found.

“The … investigation could identify no reporting which uncovered a terrorist threat, nor could it identify a contribution such fusion center reporting made to disrupt an active terrorist plot,” the report said.

When the program did address terrorism, it sometimes did so in ways that infringed on civil liberties.

The fusion centers have made headlines for circulating information about the American Civil Liberties Union, activists on both sides of the abortion debate, war protesters and advocates of gun rights.

One fusion center cited in the Senate investigation wrote a report about a Muslim community group’s list of book recommendations. Others discussed American citizens speaking at mosques or talking to Muslim groups about parenting.

The bipartisan report is a scathing evaluation of what the Department of Homeland Security has held up as a crown jewel of its security efforts.

The report underscores a reality of post-9/11 Washington: National security programs tend to grow, never shrink, even when their money and manpower far surpass the actual subject of terrorism. Much of this money went for ordinary local crime-fighting.

Homeland Security says the report is outdated, inaccurate and too focused on information produced by the program, ignoring benefits to local governments from their involvement with federal intelligence officials.

Because of a convoluted grants process set up by Congress, Homeland Security officials don’t know how much they have spent in their decade-long effort to set up so-called fusion centers in every state.

Government estimates range from less than $300 million to $1.4 billion in federal money, plus much more invested by state and local governments. Federal funding is pegged at about 20 percent to 30 percent.

Despite that, Congress is unlikely to stop the funding. That’s because, whether it stops terrorists, the program means politically important money for state and local governments.

A Senate Homeland Security subcommittee reviewed more than 600 unclassified reports over a one-year period and concluded that most had nothing to do with terrorism.

No evidence of criminal activity was contained in those reports.

The government did not circulate them, but it kept them on government computers.

The federal government is prohibited from storing information about First Amendment activities not related to crimes.

“It was not clear why, if DHS had determined that the reports were improper to disseminate, the reports were proper to store indefinitely,” the report said.

Homeland Security Department spokesman Matthew Chandler called the report “out of date, inaccurate and misleading.”

He said that it focused entirely on information being produced by fusion centers and did not consider the benefit the involved officials got receiving intelligence from the federal government.

The report is as much an indictment of Congress as it is the Homeland Security Department.

In setting up the department, lawmakers wanted their states to decide what to spend the money on.

Time and again, that set-up has meant the federal government has no way to know how its security money is being spent.

Inside Homeland Security, officials have long known there were problems with the reports coming out of fusion centers, the report shows.

“You would have some guys, the information you’d see from them, you’d scratch your head and say, ‘What planet are you from?’” an unidentified Homeland Security official told Congress.

Until this year, the federal reports officers received five days of training and were never tested or graded afterward, the report said.

States have had criminal analysis centers for years.

But the story of fusion centers began in the frenzied aftermath of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

The 9/11 Commission urged better collaboration among government agencies. As officials realized that a terrorism tip was as likely to come from a local police officer as the CIA, fusion centers became a hot topic.

But putting people together to share intelligence proved complicated. Special phone and computer lines had to be installed.

The people reading the reports needed background checks.

Some information could only be read in secure areas, which meant construction projects.

All of that cost money.

Meanwhile, federal intelligence agencies were under orders from Congress to hire more analysts.

That meant state and local agencies had to compete for smart counterterrorism thinkers.

And federal training for local analysts wasn’t an early priority.

Though fusion centers receive money from the federal government, they are operated independently.

Counterterrorism money started flowing to states in 2003.

But it wasn’t until late 2007 that the Bush administration told states how to run the centers.

State officials soon realized there simply wasn’t that much local terrorism-related intelligence.

Terrorist attacks didn’t happen often, but police faced drugs, guns and violent crime every day.

Normal criminal information started moving through fusion centers.

Under federal law, that was fine.

When lawmakers enacted recommendations of the 9/11 Commission in 2007, they allowed fusion centers to study “criminal or terrorist activity.”

The law was co-sponsored by Sens. Susan Collins and Joe Lieberman, the driving forces behind the creation of Homeland Security.

Five years later, Senate investigators found, terrorism is often a secondary focus.

“Many fusion centers lacked either the capability or stated objective of contributing meaningfully to the federal counterterrorism mission,” the Senate report said.

“Many centers didn’t consider counterterrorism an explicit part of their mission, and federal officials said some were simply not concerned with doing counterterrorism work.”

When Janet Napolitano became Homeland Security secretary in 2009, the former Arizona governor embraced the idea that fusion centers should look beyond terrorism.

Testifying before Congress that year, she distinguished fusion centers from the FBI-led Joint Terrorism Task Forces that are the leading investigative and analytical arms of the domestic counterterrorism effort.

“A JTTF is really focused on terrorism and terrorism-related investigations,” she said. “Fusion centers are almost everything else.”

Congress, including the committee that authored the report, supports that notion. And though the report recommends the Senate reconsider the amount of money it spends on fusion centers, that seems unlikely.

“Congress and two administrations have urged DHS to continue or even expand its support of fusion centers, without providing sufficient oversight to ensure the intelligence from fusion centers is commensurate with the level of federal investment,” the report said.

And following the release of the report, Homeland Security officials indicated their continued strong support for the program.

We’ve been amazed how many people are waking up, as compared to 25+ years ago – when there was no one we could talk to!

Some people who have contacted us are sincerely looking for information on how to prep, while others are looking for an excuse not to prep. 

Then there is another type of person considering prepping.

These people remind me of an old story about the Empire State Building.

As the story goes, a man rode the elevator to the outdoor observation platform of the Empire State Building.  

Once there, he climbs over the fence and jumps off the platform, 101 stories up.  As he passed their window, people standing at the 50^th floor windows could plainly hear the jumper say, “I’m OK so far!”

And that’s how it is for most people.  

As long as the problem is down the road, it’s not something to worry about today.

That is why we call people like that the “I’m OK so Far” crowd.

Time and again we have heard  from people who tell us that their plan is to retire in 2015 and then they will look into  getting some storage foods and a bug out place.

You see, their plans are based on their comfort zone,   not on reality.

With all the worries the world holds for us today, we need to be cautious of being too complacent when it comes to our preparations for what is soon coming down the pike.

We all have our favorite pundits –   for some of us that would be Gerald Celente, for others Alex Jones, some follow Steve Quayle and others. None of the pundits are predicting a rosy future.

Food Riots, Dollar Collapse and War are just a few of the concerns that face us in the near future.

For many people, understanding the rationale of global war is where their minds fall into cognitive dissonance, that is, the inability to deal with the reality of a specific situation, such as, “I know the government would never start an unjust war.” 

It is this cognitive dissonance that keeps some from taking their foot off third base so that they can get to home plate.

Why would any rational, sane mind want global nuclear war with millions – possibly billions – dead????

  Eugenics. 

The elite are into death cults, and they are nostalgic for the days when they, TPTB,  used to place a dead animal in the village well to kill off the surplus population. 

Now these mad men have nuclear weapons and can do a lot more damage than placing a dead rat in a well.

Their stated goal is to kill off all but 500 million people, who will then have the honor of acting as their serfs/slaves.

The food shortage is a constructed crisis.  Making gasoline from  corn was a good method of making corn prices skyrocket.

 Add to that a manufactured drought (HAARP/Chemtrails induced), and now there is no corn to speak of in the USA. 

Cows at feedlots are now being fed spoiled candy and pastries due to the extreme drought and loss of the corn crop in the Midwest. 

Many other crops are failing all over the world as well. 

It’s an established fact that famine in coming to our near future.

And when it comes to the dollar collapse, the evidence is very clear to anyone who is watching.

  Even Max Keiser said yesterday on Alex Jones that he predicts a 70% inflation rate by next Spring. 

Let’s put that into perspective.

Eggs $2.50 per dozen now, after 70% inflation by Spring will cost $4.25

Gas at $3.90 will cost $6.63

and $50 worth of clothing will cost $85

The simple fact  is that most Americans will not be able to cope with our financial future. 

Precious few are coping today!  If you don’t already have a supply of good, wholesome storage foods, get some now. 

If you live in a high population density area and don’t have a place to get away to,  find that place now!

The truth is that our immediate future is not rosy. 

Still we have hope for  a brighter future after the chaos and hope very much that many of the “I’m OK so far” and “Survival Tourist” types  and others will join us in the future world. 

But the need to begin prepping is real and it is now.

Printable Gun Revolution Moving Forward Despite Corporate Second Amendment Fears

The company that rented out the 3D printer that was to be used in the testing and design phase of a group’s revolutionary gun manufacturing concept took their equipment back last week, however, a persistent Cody Wilson explains he and his organization aren’t deterred in their efforts to bring the idea to fruition.

Stratasys’ letter to Wilson. 

Their idea is nothing short of a slap in the face to gun legislation everywhere: an open-source site where gun enthusiasts from around the world convene to share and download gun design blueprints and files.

When Stratasys Inc, the 3D printer manufacturing company that leased the printer, caught wind of what Cody Wilson and his organization Defense Distributed were planning to use their printer for, they issued an email last week stating they would need to confiscate their printer prior to it even being used.

“They came for it straight up…I didn’t even have it out of the box,” Wilson told Wired’s Danger Room.

Wilson, a 2nd year University of Texas law student, and his group raised $20,000 last month to fund an operation known as the Wiki Weapon Project.

The project’s goal was to produce a firearm solely using a 3D printer to manufacture all parts. Once the plans are tested and finalized, the group would then upload the files to the Internet for literally anyone to download, print and ultimately assemble.

The email was addressed to Wilson himself and came on behalf of Stratasys’ Legal Counsel, stating:

“It is the policy of Stratasys not to knowingly allow its printers to be used for illegal purposes. Therefore, please be advised that your lease of the Stratasys uPrint SE is canceled at this time and Stratasys is making arrangements to pick up the printer.”

“The only protest I had, the only exchange back I had was, “Well, legal counsel, our opinion is if these weapons are title I weapons, we don’t need registration, we don’t need license, we don’t need anyone’s approval to do this. This is totally legal, this is America,” you know? Patriotism,” Wilson told Infowars.com.

“That wasn’t good enough for them, and they emailed me back and they said “Look, we’re not gonna get into a legal debate about it. We want it back,” and so fine.”

Stratasys legal counsel may very well be in the wrong.

As CNET’s Rick Brown explains, it matters what type of gun you’re planning to produce, and whether or not you’re planning on selling your services as a gunsmith or the manufactured weapons.

“If you aim to sell your services as a gunsmith (e.g., “I charge $50 an hour to make a gun”) or you intend to sell the weapon once you’ve made it (e.g., “I charge $500 for this particular gun”), you need to obtain a federal manufacturer’s license. [1140] If the weapon is for personal use, no manufacturing license is required.”

Since 3D printed firearms manufacture is still in its infancy, actually in its conception phase, it still falls into a sort of legal gray area, however, Wilson believes Stratasys has been disingenuous in their statements to other media.

“So Stratasys is saying and suggesting to other people, “Well, they can follow the law like anyone else.” The suggestion is that we weren’t going to. They’re pretending and hiding behind the law, when really they just don’t want to associate with the project. That’s disingenuous and they mistreated us and fine, I’m not in some personal vendetta against them, it’s just… they’re pretending.”

Companies like KTordnance.com sell unfinished frames to start a custom built firearm.

Indeed, the idea that a company can overbearingly control what people do with their product is bordering on an old world manufacturer mentality in which industries would control what people did with their technologies to the point of managing channels of distribution and production.

“No that’s not what this machine is. This machine’s about doing anything with the machine,” Wilson says.

The printer abduction was nothing to write home about.

Wilson says Stratasys hired third party couriers to retrieve their equipment.

Previously, Defense Distributed ran into trouble when their first open donation site Indiegogo canceled their account and refunded all donations a mere 22 days after its open.

Indiegogo sent Defense Distributed an email saying its funds had been frozen due to “unusual account activity,” and followed up with an explanation that it had violated Indiegogo’s terms of service, which don’t allow the sale of “ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories.”

Wilson contends he read the terms and doesn’t believe he violated them. “My reading of their terms is we didn’t give anyone the option to sell or buy firearms. The exchange was they give us money, we give them information. That’s the project. Not firearms, not ammunition.”

Ever the tenacious micro-entrepreneur, Wilson didn’t let the account cancellation thwart his group’s drive to succeed.

They raised their $20,000 goal last month, circumventing Indiegogo by inserting Paypal and Bitcoin donation widgets on their original site.

Since Wilson was running into dead ends, he figured he had nothing to lose by going to Austin’s ATF branch to once and for all absolve himself of any criminal wrongdoing.

“And they were more than happy to talk to me, but they said, “Actually, it’s interesting you came because we were looking for you” and that’s not something you want to hear,” laughed Wilson.

“The ATF involvement was mostly at my direction. A lot of people say, “Why go to them?” but at this point I can’t get any answers from our lawyers. I’m not getting anywhere in reading the law myself.

Everything’s intentionally kinda vague and ambiguous. And the technology’s really kind of outpaced the regulations…And so began a sort of quasi-interrogation.

They were writing things down and asking me who I was. I told them who I was and what the project was. And I explained 3D printing to them, and so it went from imposing to really friendly.”

Ultimately, Wilson took away he’d have to do something he’d been avoiding; turn his company into a legal entity and get licensed.

“ We’re gonna have to do the license because that’s the world we live in, apparently. And I think that’s unfortunate and I think it’s silly. Maybe it’s not so silly because this is firearms we’re talking about.

But look, this speaks to the attitude toward micro-entrepreneurs and the attitude towards ideas in general in this country. You can’t do anything without somebody’s permission.

I believe that. You interested in the natural world? You want to do something with chemicals? People are gonna look at you like you’re suspect.

Like you’re some kind of drug dealer. You can’t do anything of any consequence with any curiosity in this country without being weighed, measured, forced into some institution or system that ties to register everything.

I’ll be in every database from now until the end of time because I was simply curious.”

Wilson adds, “I want to be sure that people know that there are no right answers to this. Is it Title I is it Title II? Well that’s a test case, and I’m not gonna be that guy in front of some article III judge saying, “But I thought it was fine.”

Another hurdle that’s in the near future is the Undetectable Firearms Act which makes it unlawful to manufacture a firearm that is not detectable by a walk-through metal detector or x-ray machines, but Wilson isn’t giving up his secret on how he’s planning to bypass this piece of legislation: “ We’ve been pretty public about telling people what we’re doing but I’m not sure I want to give away the legal strategy here. Let’s keep it a secret. Bottom line, we’re gonna follow the law.”

Getting another printer after the seizure won’t be a problem as various people have already contacted Wilson, but he says his top priority at this time will be to take care of the legal side of things as a preventative effort to any prosecutors who may choose to exercise too much discretion.

The precedent that would be established in offering open-source blueprints for 3D printable guns would definitely be detrimental to any effort geared towards disarming the population.

Riding the wave of recent domestic terror incidents, the gun-grabbing lobby is in an all-out frenzy to portray gun owners and gun legislation as murderous and contradictory to the good of the people.

Largely ignored, however, is the fact that a population left helpless and dependent on the state and their police is exactly what the founding fathers were trying to prevent in crafting the Second Amendment.

It remains to be seen if a printed gun will actually work, and Wilson admits even he’s a little skeptical.

“People say, well people didn’t know you could print guns with this technology. I don’t know if you can. That’s what this whole thing’s about. We’re willing to try, you know? How’s that so controversial? And it seems the closer I get, the further I am away from trying.”

One thing’s certain; if Defense Distributed succeeds in their efforts, as long as there’s a free Internet and someone has a 3D printer, all you’ll really need is ammo.

Truther  – SWITZERLAND, Zurich — Just two days after the failed 2012 DNC Terror Plot, potentially the most high profile UN meeting ever was scheduled for September 23, 2012, in New York City.

The meeting date also falls on Yom Kippur which completes the annual period known in Judaism as the Yamim Nora’im or “Days of Awe”.

Historically, events involving U.S., Israeli and Iranian presidents are scheduled months in advance, but not this time.

The World Headquarters of the United Nations in is scheduled to host the leaders of Israel and Iran and U.S. President Obama.

In addition, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande and U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron are also scheduled to attend the U.N. forum.

 According to reports, Iranian President Ahmadinejad and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas have allegedly threatened to use the 2012 General Assembly to advance the campaign for Palestinian unilateral statehood.

Given the current geopolitical climate, there is a real possibility that the United Nations’ World Headquarters in New York City, which is currently “under construction”, may be the site of a major false-flag terror attack.

The motives for a UN terror attack would be multifaceted in that it would garner support for Obama at home, potentially create a reason to suspend the 2012 U.S. presidential election,

create unprecedented racial and religious turmoil in the Middle East and give the United Nations a reason to move their World Headquarters to Geneva, Switzerland.

Based on its location, convenient construction and terror drills, a high profile 9/11 style attack (plane into building, building comes down) on the UN building may be planned.

Middle East Terror Warnings :
The unprecedented UN meeting comes in the wake of the U.S. embassy attack in Libya, which has recently been alleged to have been a CIA/Mossad operation.

Also, a Joint Intelligence Bulletin issued by the FBI and the U.S. Department of Homeland Securityhas warned that the violent outrage aimed at U.S. embassies spawned by the movie mocking the Prophet Mohammed could spread to America by extremist groups eager to “exploit anger” and that “the risk of violence could increase both at home and abroad as the film continues to gain attention.”

On top of that, a French satirical magazine has published controversial caricatures of the Prophet Mohammed stating that the illustrations would “shock those who will want to be shocked”.

It appears that a global operation to rile up Islamic hatred towards the West is being executed with the potential goal of providing cover for an impending terror attack on the West.

Simultaneous War Games :
Occurring exactly at the same time as the UN meeting is the largest Western naval exercise ever held in the Middle East.

The military exercise which allegedly focuses on countering the threat of Iranian anti-ship mines is unprecedented in scope and includes the U.K., France, Japan, Jordan and New Zealand for a total of more than 30 countries.

The massive war drill officially started on September 16, 2012 and lasts  through September 27, 2012.

Coincidentally, Iran is holding a massive air defense drill in October which incorporates Iranian aerial and ground forces, the army’s air defense systems, as well as Iranian air force fighter jets and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps.

Al Qaeda & New York :
On April 3, 2012, it was reported that an Al Qaeda website published a glitzy graphic promising that Al Qaeda would be “coming soon again” to New York, New York.

Set against a Manhattan skyline at sunset, the graphic stated, “Al Qaeda – Coming Soon Again in New York”. 

According to the report, the message initially appeared on a website classified by the NYPD as a Category 1 website, meaning one heavily used by “jihadis”. 

A representative of one of the forums published a message allegedly stating, “Allah-willing, [terrorists] will return soon stronger and a bigger thorn in the throats of the enemies and tyrants”.

Iran Disrespected at UN :
On multiple occasions, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has been blatantly disrespected by Israeli, American and European politicians, dignitaries and ambassadors when they stood up and walked out of his speech to the United Nations’ general assembly.

Although Ahmadinejad didn’t seem to mind the distraction, the individuals which left cited Ahmadinejad’s rhetoric in respect to Zionism, Israel’s genocidal policy towards Palestine and the truth behind 9/11 as the justification for their rude behavior.

Should a terror attack strike the United Nations it is possible that Iran will be blamed and Ahmadinejad will be scapegoated as wanting revenge for previously being so publically disrespected.

UN Palestinian Statehood Vote :
Even before Palestine could present their bid for official statehood, predictions that Palestinians would turn violent began to circulate.

Committing acts of terror prior to a U.N. vote is counterproductive and is obviously not in the best interest of Palestine.

This type of propaganda only makes sense when it is understood that Israel is in fact the occupying and terrorizing force in Gaza.

Israel is violently opposed to a Palestinian state and will do anything and everything in its power to destroy any notion of Palestinian statehood.

 If and when Palestine is rejected for statehood by the U.N., the rejection could easily serve as an alleged motive for a future terror attack on the U.N. itself.

Palestine is Israel’s #1 enemy, so if the Israeli Mossad has a chance to set-up Palestine for an international terror attack, they take it.

Palestinian Airlines Activated :
On May 28, 2012, it was reported that Palestinian Airlines was resuming flights after their seven-year hiatus. 

According to reports, the airline will make two flights per week with just two planes and one hub.

The airline will conduct biweekly flights between El Arish, a city on Egypt’s Sinai peninsula adjacent to the border with Gaza, and Marka airbase, located outside Jordan’s capital Amman.

Should a 9/11 style terror attack occur, it is possible that the plane would allegedly originate from Palestine, in an attempt to further demonize the Palestinian people.

UN False-Flag Chatter :
On October 31, 2011, an alternative new source stated that the U.N. could possibly be a false-flag terror target intended to take America and the world to war with Iran.

According to the report, the CIA is preparing to destroy the asbestos condemned United Nations building in New York by posing as construction contractors.

Just like in the controlled demolition of the World Trade Center Towers on 9/11, the CIA is preparing to place a small tactical nuke in an excavated hole in the center of the U.N. building’s basement.

Like the WTC tower, the presence of asbestos has made the renovations of the U.N. headquarters too expensive with initial costs projected at $1.2 billion.

The report goes on to state that the US Congress has already financed this false flag attack by providing $2.65 billion to FEMA on September 29, 2011.

UN Terror Attacks :
In August of 2011, the United Nations disclosed that they were a victim of cyber terrorism.

The cyber security company McAfee stated that the cyber-attack came from a “state actor” but declined to name it.

Eventually, the “state actor” will be outed and chances are the nation of Iran will be implicated.

More recently, on August 15, 2012, a bomb has exploded near a fuel truck outside a hotel where U.N. observers were staying in Syria.

Although this was not a direct attack on the U.N., it may be an indication that the U.N. will be targeted in the near future.

The UN “Remodel” :
Is the U.N. conveniently being renovated just prior to its scheduled destruction?

According to a  Press Core report, “Like the World Trade Center Towers the presence of asbestos has made the renovations of the U.N. headquarters too expensive and impractical.

The cost to safely remove the asbestos from the ceilings of the building doubled the initial projected cost of $1.2 billion.

That is the official revised cost.

The actual cost is much higher.

Some estimates put it as much as 10 times more expensive.

Now that they have discovered that the U.N. pipes are also lined with asbestos the cost to remove and replace all of the piping in the building makes the UN building a perfect site for another CIA false flag attack.” 

According to Fox News, the U.N. has already used $2 billion and is asking for $3 billion more to finish the remodel, ultimately keeping the U.N. building an open construction site whereby explosives could be easily installed at any time.

WMD Drill at UN :
On April 5, 2011, the U.N. building in New York City served as a staging ground for a massive terror drill with the main focus being on nuclear terrorism.

The drill began at the U.N. and then moved to other locations throughout New York City.

The week-long series of terror drills involved dozens of agencies and first responders and focused on one of the great concerns of the post-9/11 era: nuclear terrorism. 

According to report, the NYPD and 70 other law enforcement agencies tested their ability to detect radiological materials and prevent an attack orchestrated by four fictional terror cells intent on targeting New York City with a “dirty bomb”.

Conclusion :
The hurried U.N. Meeting on Yom Kippur involving a majority of the world’s major leaders stinks, period.

Aside from being on a Sunday, the timing of the meeting is abnormal and begs the question: Why is the United Nations is in such a rush to give the world stage to the alleged nuke seeking President of Iran and the alleged terror funding President of Palestine on a Jewish holiday?

Could the rising violence in the Middle East combined with the U.N. spectacle on a Jewish holiday be the recipe for new terror attacks in America?

If there is any more funny terror business in New York City or America for that matter, intelligent Americans now know that Israel and their Mossad executed the 9/11 attacks and won’t be buying into the Arab/Muslim bogeyman this time around.

DHS Ammunition Purchases Approach 1.5 Billion Rounds For The Year

DHS ammunition purchases for the year approach 1.5 billion rounds with the latest including bullets for expert domestic law enforcement snipers.

The previous record for DHS ammo purchases was a little more than 500,000 rounds  which occurred in the run-up to the 2008 financial collapse which WikiLeaks cables show the government knew was coming since 2007.

With DHS ammo purchases in the last 6 months along now at nearly 3 times the previous record set in 2008 the question is what are they preparing for?

Of course we could be looking at far more than 1.5 billion rounds, because the DHS notably made a 750,000 round purchase and a 450,000 round purchase which sparked such public outcry that the DHS actually took the unprecedented step of redacting a following ammunition purchase  to keep secret the specifics on the purchase.

Following controversy over its purchase of around 1.2 billion bullets in the last six months alone, the Department of Homeland Security has put out a new solicitation for over 200 million more rounds of ammunition, some of which are designated to be used by snipers.

A series of new solicitations posted on the FedBizOpps website show that the DHS is looking to purchase 200 million rounds of .223 rifle ammunition over the next four years, as well as 176,000 rounds of .308 caliber 168 grain hollow point boat tail (HPBT) rounds in addition to 25,000 rounds of blank .308 caliber bullets.

As James Smith over at the Prepper Podcast website highlights, “It is the type of ammunition and not necessarily the quantity that is troubling.”

Smith points out that the DHS’ acquisition of .308 rounds is of concern because they are set to be used by well-trained snipers.

“All of the sniper grade ammunition is being used by trained, or in-the-process-of-being-trained snipers,” writes Smith, noting that the math adds up to 135,384 potential kills for the snipers to make, using the 176,000 rounds of ammunition, basing the figures on the fact that United States Army and Marine Corps snipers in the Vietnam War expended 1.3 rounds of ammunition for each claimed and verified kill.

As this police training website documents, .308 caliber 168 grain bullets are the ammunition of choice for experienced law enforcement snipers.

The number of bullets purchased by the DHS now adds up to a staggering 1.4 billion over the last six months alone.

Although all those bullets won’t be delivered at once, the DHS’ commitment to purchasing such an arsenal of ammo is both worrying and ironic given that Americans are being harassed and treated with suspicion for buying a couple of boxes of ammo at their local gun store.

Following a barrage of questions about why the federal agency has purchased so many bullets, the DHS has refused to respond and even gone to the lengths of censoring information relating to solicitations for ammunition.

The DHS’ decision back in March to purchase of 450 million rounds of .40-caliber hollow point bullets that are designed to expand upon entry and cause maximum organ damage prompted questions as to why the federal agency required such powerful bullets and in such large quantities merely for training purposes.

This was followed up by a more recent order for a further 750 million rounds of assorted ammunition, including bullets that can penetrate walls.

The mainstream media responded to the controversy by focusing on a purchase of 174,000 bullets by the Social Security Administration while completely ignoring the fact that the DHS had purchased well over a billion rounds.

Although the Associated Press and other media outlets dismissed concerns over the federal government purchasing large quantities of ammunition as paranoia, the fact that the DHS is preparing for civil unrest cannot be denied.

Having recently acquired riot gear, the DHS also purchased a number of bullet-proof checkpoint booths that include ‘stop and go’ lights.

Last year, Department of Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano directed ICE to prepare for a mass influx of immigrants into the United States, calling for the plan to deal with the “shelter” and “processing” of large numbers of people.

The U.S. Army has also been preparing for domestic disorder.

A recently leaked US Army Military Police training manual for “Civil Disturbance Operations” outlines how military assets are to be used domestically to quell riots, confiscate firearms and even kill Americans on U.S. soil during mass civil unrest.

On page 20 of the manual, rules regarding the use of “deadly force” in confronting “dissidents” are made disturbingly clear with the directive that a, “Warning shot will not be fired.”

The manual includes lists of weapons to be used against “rioters” or “demonstrators,” including “antiriot grenades.”

It also advises troops to carry their guns in the “safe port arms” stance, a psychological tactic aimed at “making a show of force before rioters.”

Non-lethal weapons and water cannons are also included.

The American “Mossad,” Rule By Deception

Few understand the real crime of deception.  Deception can be simple betrayal or can be contrived to drive you to murder your friends or defend monsters. 

Military deception is called “psyops” or “psychological  operations” and is, frankly, tasked specifically with creating wrong beliefs to rob leaders or entire populations of their judgment.

A successful “psyops operation” can be more powerful than any attack. 

Without firing a shot, you can seem to be defeated, be fooled into misjudging enemies and allies or be set on the path of destroying yourself.

If you are a nation, you are constantly under attack from psychological operations. 

If you are a nation, it is a prime responsibility to defend your people from “psyops” attacks designed to undermine faith in institutions, to foster dissent and exploit fear or create anger and feelings of being cheated.

Today’s world view, from the economic to racial and religious to social, political and military is all hopelessly infected with calculated disinformation created in order to realign society based on belief in falsehood in order to enfeeble and enslave, to drive the civil and good to acts of bestiality through exploiting the genetic weakness Darwinists tell us is bred into man’s character, our “reptilian mind.”

Deception is the basis of any military education, the basis of business practices, the basis of diplomacy, the underlying basis of the world’s currencies and economic systems and, more than ever, how civilization with 5000 years of learning and advancement can justify unbridled killing of the innocent or “collateral” as justifiable for a “common good” none ever understand or agree to.

Recently, we have stumbled on “psyops” planned during the Bush administration through one of our associates who worked in the White House as a member of the National Security Council under Condi Rice and previously with the Clinton administration.

This is Gwyneth Todd, former Iran Desk Chief of the National Security Agency, former “Political Intelligence Chief” for the US 5^th Fleet, controlling the area known as the Middle East and South Asia.

She was chief policy advisor, station in Bahrain, tasked with interpreting regional politics and helping military leaders in the region understand Iran.

Hours of public interviews with Todd over recent days has given us “insider views” into the workings of the twisted psyches of many of the most powerful figures in American military and foreign policy.  

 What we have learned has been frightening.

We now have written proof of not just widespread espionage rings and wars staged for profit but American officials planning terror attacks and assassinations in and around the Persian Gulf.

We have been supplied with lists of corroborating witnesses that including cabinet officers who, though nominated by the president and confirmed by the senate, were bullied and threatened by thugs and criminals who were and may well still be the real government of the United States.

It had become standard policy within the US government to promote spies, war criminals and incompetents out of fear of blackmail or, worse yet, complicity in their illegal acts.

Thus, many well-known names in American public service including serving members of our military actually belong in prison yet live among us, exercise great power and influence and, in fact, infect our world with their presence.

“Dollar Index Headed for Rapid Collapse” Over Next 3 to 4 Weeks

If you think the Federal Reserve’s quantitative easing will only affect the US dollar, think again.

Now that the United States has officially begun it’s third round of money printing to the tune of at least $40 billion monthly, central banks around the world will also act to ‘defend’ their currencies in kind.

Moreover, because everyone is joining the fray, all of that extra money will make its way into key resource stocks and commodities, adding further upside price pressure to essential goods like food and fuel.

It’s a race to the bottom, and the losers are the 99.9% of us who aren’t being kept in the loop.

Quantitative easing is really another word for currency wars. A weak U.S. currency puts continued pressure on the Japanese Yen, the Chinese Yuan, the South Korean Won, the Australian dollar and other currencies.

Cheap money also fuels speculation and this money quickly drifts into commodity markets and the ETFs that help propel commodity market speculation. This is inflationary for food prices.

The lower the U.S. dollar the greater the intensity of currency wars.The break below the key uptrend line on the Dollar Index chart was an early warning of the third round of quantitative easing (QE3).

The most important question now is to use the chart to examine the potential downside limits of a QE3 weakened U.S. dollar.

The weekly close below this uptrend line was the first signal of a major change in the trend direction.

It came before the announcement of QE3, last week.

The third significant feature is historical support near 74.5. This is the upper edge of a consolidation band between 73.5 and 74.5. 

This is the downside target for the Dollar Index following a fall below 79.

This target can be reached very rapidly over three to four weeks.

A rapid collapse of the U.S. dollar puts immediate pressure on other dollar-linked currencies.

There is a very low probability the U.S. dollar will resume its uptrend.

The move below the value of the uptrend line and a fall below 79 confirm thata new downtrend has developed.

The weakness in the U.S. Dollar will hurt export dependent economies and companies.

There are two ways this may end – neither of which is going to be good for the average Joe:

• The Fed et. al. continue to print, so much so that prices for food, gas, utilities and other key commodities that are linked to US dollar movements will rise exponentially.

  This rise in prices will accelerate the pressure on consumers as more jobs are lost in an ever progressing, self reinforcing economic death spiral.

  The pressure of rising prices, even though the Dow Jones may reach 20,000 or 50,000 points, will be so great that American consumers simply won’t be able to pay their bills or put food on the table.

• The Fed and their brethren around the world won’t be able to print fast enough to maintain stable financial markets, leading to stock market crashes in Europe, Japan, China and the United States, which then leads to a shift of capital to US Treasury bonds, ironically strengthening the dollar.

  A weak US economy that isn’t creating jobs and is adding tens of thousands of people to an already overburdened social safety net every week will eventually lead to confidence being lost in the US government’s ability to repay its debts.

  As we noted in 2012 Predictions of a Mad Tin Foilist, the end result will be a currency crisis, or de facto default by way of hyperinflating away our debt.

Both scenarios are virtually the same, as both will end with complete and utter destruction of Americans’ wealth.

Despite the mainstream notion that inflation is under control and most of the money is sitting on the sidelines with banks, all we need to do is look at the price increases for consumers since private and public bailouts begin in late 2008.

Gas has doubled. Food is up over 25%. Electricity costs and the cost of just about every other non-debt based asset has steadily risen.

This is not going to stop.

While timelines remain elusive because of never ending government intervention into financial markets and economies, the policies being instituted by central banks around the world can only lead to continued degradation of paper currencies and the rise in prices of all goods linked to those currencies.

In January of 2010 we suggested a strategy of buying physical commodities at today’s lower prices and consuming those commodities at tomorrow’s higher prices.

The trend for fiat paper money and physical assets has not changed and is, in fact, more pronounced now than ever before.

The US dollar is being systematically weakened until it no longer exists as a viable means of exchange.

When this happens you’d better be prepared to operate in a society where traditional money is replaced with mechanisms of exchange like precious metals, food, critical supplies and production skills.

You can begin taking simple steps to prepare now.

The collapse of the existing global paradigm is accelerating and if you’re not ready for it the price you’ll pay will be severe.
