Last week, a horrific scene was discoveredin a Manhattan apartment as the mother of two toddlers found her children dead in a bathtub and the nanny who was supposed to be caring for them began stabbing herself.
Marina Krim, wife of Kevin Krimsenior vice president and general manager of digital media at CNBC, had entrusted the care of her two small children to Yoselyn Ortega, a newly naturalized US citizen from the Dominican Republic. Ortega had worked for the Krim family for just 2 years before this violent incident.
Although the New York City Police Department (NYPD) has not been able to interview Ortega because she apparently slashed her own throat and slit her wrists, she remains the main suspect in the slaying of the Krim’s 2 year old son and 6 year old daughter.
Just prior to the murders, Ortega had begun seeing a psychologist.
After investigations into Ortega’s background, there were no criminal records and no history of psychiatric issues.
Yet those closest to Ortegatold the NYPD that she had suddenly lost a considerable amount of weight and was showing visible signs of stress.
According to Paul Browne, spokesman for the NYPD explainsthat: “Apparently over the last month she was not herself. There were financial concerns. She was seeking professional help and people noticed she wasn’t herself.”
Other reportsabout Ortega’s mental state in the weeks prior to the murders reveal that she felt as though she were losing her mind.
Ortega also had some financial difficulties which forced her out of her apartment with her son in the Bronx, and led to her moving in with her sister in Harlem.
Yet despite these reports, Ortega never showed signs of personal problems with the Krim family.
Raymond Kelly, NYPD police commissioner, confirmed that Ortega was in a medically induced coma at the Weil Medical Center, which rendered her unable to speak with police.
The NYPD are baffled as to why this beloved nanny would brutally murder her two charges.
Charlotte Friedman, a neighbor who lived in the same building remarked that Ortega “looked normal” just prior to the murders.
“She had a poker face. There was no indication that something like this was going to happen.” Freidman went on to say that Ortega “She wasn’t warm. Usually when you smile at a nanny and the kids, the nanny smiles back. It’s instinctive. But she had a poker face. I didn’t get the sense she was evil, just cold.”
Earlier this month, Scott Cohn, correspondent for CNBC, reportson a lawsuit filed by Eric Schneiderman, one of 10 New York State Attorney General citing JPMorgan Chase as profiteering from the mortgage-back securities which led to the stock market crash of 2008.
Since Schneiderman filed the suit, eleven US prosecutors and 3 attorneys with the Civil Division of the Justice Department have assisted in the cases’ development for the purposes of using the lawsuit for future reference against other Wall Street financial firms.
In January of this year, Krim was employed by JPMorgan Chase as a strategy consultant for only 3 months.
This happened just prior to his employment with CNBC.
According tocourt documentsregarding the lawsuit, the purpose for seeking legal remedy is:
1.The deceptive coercive methods employed by mega-banks to facilitate injured parties’ participation in loans and mortgages
2. The fraudulent and illegal use of MERS
3. Breach of plaintiff’s statutory rights
4. Purposeful violation of consumer and homeowner protect statues
5. Processing money from unknown sources in contravention of the Patriot Act of 2001
6. Foreclosing upon and accepting monies for assets that do not exist
The lawsuit states that there was a “a systemic fraud on thousands of investors” concerning the mortgage-backed securities first purvey by Bear Stearns, who was later acquired by JPMorgan Chase as part of the US governmental bailout of the banks after the 2008 crash.
These securities were sold, according to the lawsuit, willfully and with intent by the seller to defraud and deceive investors.
Because the securities were a combination of home mortgages, credit card debt and student loans which were bundled together and sold on the global markets after given a fake triple A rating.

In essence, these financial institutions took monies from mortgage-holders, funneled it to offshore bank accounts and then after securitizing the loans, took the actual property from the individuals.
The complaint states that the Ponzi scheme concocted by the banksters was “the largest scheme in US history where domestic banking institutions – on an international basis” conspired together with the common purpose of engaging in a “worldwide scheme to steal, rob and convert the personal property, money and proceeds of such assets of each Plaintiff herein” with the obvious purpose of a conspiratorial “decade-long systematic conversion . . . that damaged millions of borrowers across the US.”
This massive money laundering scheme was fostered by the Obama administration who gave the biggest bailout to the technocrats in the US.

Britain has rebuffed US pleas to use military bases in the UK to support the build-up of forces in the Gulf, citing secret legal advice, which states that any pre-emptive strike on Iran could be in breach of international law.
The US approaches are part of contingency planning over the nuclear standoff with Tehran, but British ministers have so far reacted coolly.
They have pointed US officials to legal advice drafted by the attorney general’s office, which has been circulated to Downing Street, the Foreign Office and the Ministry of Defense.
This makes clear that Iran, which has consistently denied it has plans to develop a nuclear weapon, does not currently represent “a clear and present threat”.
“Providing assistance to forces that could be involved in a pre-emptive strike would be a clear breach of international law, it states.”
“The UK would be in breach of international law if it facilitated what amounted to a pre-emptive strike on Iran,” said a senior Whitehall source. “It is explicit. The government has been using this to push back against the Americans.”
Similarly, this week, Russia announced that it has found Iran’s nuclear program as entirely peaceful and will block any efforts to authorize the use of force against Iran:
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Tuesday that there is “absolutely no evidence” that Iran has decided to include a military component in its nuclear program, RIA Novosti reported.
Speaking during an interview with the Russian daily Rossiyskaya Gazeta, Lavrov also said that his country will scuttle any UN Security Council resolution that could be interpreted as authorizing military action against Iran.
“As the Libyan experience has shown, sadly, a military scenario is possible,” Lavrov stated when asked whether Israel or the United States could start military operations in Iran.
Russia will therefore exercise an extremely cautious approach at the UN Security Council, he added.
“We won’t allow any more such disingenuous interpretations. We will see to it that no resolution is open to interpretation like the one on Libya,” Lavrov stated.
A day later, Lavrov was joined by Swiss Foreign Minister Didier Burkhalter who indicated that Switzerland opposes sanctions against Iran and is willing to work closely with Russia to prevent an escalation in the region.
American politics and plans for Israeli expansionism into Syria and Iraq are at the heart of conflict with Iran’s capabilities representing the balance of power in the region.

A shorter route over Iraq or Armenia, perhaps even Syria may have had serious consequences.
This leaves Israel the only option of flying directly over Saudi Arabia. Any other path, Turkey, Iraq, the 4500-mile “open sea” route are unlikely.
Turkey had recent talks with Iran, has supported Iran in her efforts to end the nuclear stalemate and is unwilling to be seen as a NATO “doormat” for Israel’s expansionism against Islam.
Similarly, Iraq has had recent talks with Iran, and has added to her air defense capabilities with a $4 billion order for advanced Russian weaponry, both air defense and advanced combat aircraft.
Though Iran has claimed to have significantly improved her existing air defense system, rumors in the defense community support the supposition that Russia has delivered S400 systems to Iran,
though not in significant numbers, enough to down, with absolute certainty, any Israeli or other plane, even ballistic or cruise missiles, that approach Iran though hundreds of miles away.
The critical issue to the current naval exercise which includes three American carrier battle groups is the attempt to impress upon Iran that her anti-ship missile defenses can be overwhelmed by massive air power.
The issue has nothing to do with Israel, as reports on the attack profile planned by Israel indicate that they have chosen a “soft profile.”
This means that Israel has no plans to attack heavily defended facilities as aircraft and pilot losses are certain.
Israel feels its political objective can be accomplished by attacking rural and even abandoned areas with no targets of value and little or no air defense in depth.
This is the same tack that Israel chose in their two attacks on Syria, in 2003 and 2007, attacking open desert and claiming propaganda victories. No actual targets were destroyed as Syria,
since 1996 has had a non-export S300 advanced air defense system capable of destroying any missiles or aircraft currently in Israel’s or even America’s inventory.
The September 2007 “missile base attack” is supposed to have taken place in the middle of Turkish sponsored peace talks between Israel and Syria, attacks on a base manned entirely by Russian personnel, and, as such, a totally imaginary attack.
This is the nature of “War by Deception.”
As the 25 nation exercise ends, and the thousands of Marines and Special Forces return home, happy they are unlikely to face Iran’s 800,000-man army and 13 million ready reserves, Iran, herself, is planning a naval exercise.
The Iranian exercises will test 3,600 defensive locations in order to test integration capabilities between air defense and the ability to respond to acts of aggression.
A British defense source is quoted:
“If it came to war, there would be carnage. The Iranian casualties would be huge but they would be able to inflict severe blows against the US and British.
The Iranian Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) is well versed in asymmetrical warfare and would use swarm attacks to sink or seriously damage ships. This is a conflict nobody wants, but the rhetoric from Israel is unrelenting.”
It is not just Iran that is concerned about attacks. Military forces within the United States have been on high alert for the past several weeks, though no reasons have been given.
A “9/11” style attack, most likely on Washington, could be expected if a need to blame “Islamic extremists” is seen as the only way to support Israel’s territorial ambitions in the Sinai, West Bank, Syria and Iraq.

The official story surrounding the events of September 11, 2012 in Bengzahi, Libya which left four Americans dead, has now officially fallen apart.
After numerous flips and flops by the Obama administration, which originally attempted to paint the incident as a Muslim outcry over an anti-Islamic video, whistle blowers throughout the U.S. government, including within the White House, the State Department, national intelligence agencies and the U.S.military have made available stunning details that suggest not only did operational commanders have live visual and audio communications from drones overhead and intelligence assets on the ground, but that some commanders within the military were prepared to go-it-alone after being told to “stand down.”
Africom commanding officer U.S. General Carter Ham, after being ordered to essentially surrender control of the situation to alleged Al Queda terrorists and let Americans on the ground die, made the unilateral decision to ignore orders from the Secretary of Defense and activated special operations teams at his disposal for immediate deployment to the area.
According to reports, once the General went rogue he was arrested within minutes by his second in command and relieved of duty.
“(The) basic principle is that you don’t deploy forces into harm’s way without knowing what’s going on; without having some real-time information about what’s taking place,” Panetta told Pentagon reporters. “And as a result of not having that kind of information, the commander who was on the ground in that area, Gen. Ham, Gen. Dempsey and I felt very strongly that we could not put forces at risk in that situation.”
The information I heard today was that General Ham as head of Africom received the same e-mails the White House received requesting help/support as the attack was taking place.
General Ham immediately had a rapid response unit ready and communicated to the Pentagon that he had a unit ready.
General Ham then received the order to stand down.
His response was to screw it, he was going to help anyhow.
Within 30 seconds to a minute after making the move to respond, his second in command apprehended General Ham and told him that he was now relieved of his command.
The question now is whether the American people will hold to account the chain of command responsible for leaving our people behind, fabricating a politically expedient story, and continuing to sell the now defunct lie(s) even after all of their variations of the story were found to be false and misleading.
A General who made the decision to assist diplomatic and intelligence assets on the ground has been arrested and will likely be retired or worse, while those who ordered the removal of embassy security details and ordered U.S. forces to stand-down are left to go on about their business and likely risk more American lives in the future.
In some circles the actions of those at the very top of the command structure during the Bengzahi attacks would be considered traitorous.
Recent US pleas to the UK government to use British bases in Cyprus, the Ascension Islands in the Atlantic, Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean, as well as bases in Britain itself indicate that the US military are planning attacks against Iran that are designed to do far more than simply destroy Iran’s nuclear facilities.
The US already has a massive military presence in the Gulf region adjacent to Iran that has more than enough firepower to destroy Iran’s nuclear facilities yet still the US are seeking bases capable of handling much larger strategic bomber aircraft.
The use of strategic aircraft indicates preparations are being made for a sustained attack against Iran designed to induce regime change.
Since Iran is a nation some three and three-quarters times bigger than Iraq and with a population nearly two and half times Iraq’s population and given the hard time the US and their allies had occupying Iraq, it is hardly likely that the US will be attempting to launch an invasion and occupation of Iran.
This leaves the US with only one option to induce regime change; and that is to bomb it into submission via a massive bombing campaign against Iran’s government and defense facilities and institutions with possibly the threat of using nuclear weapons if Iran retaliates by using chemical or biological weapons.
The US could even threaten to use nuclear weapons if Iran refuses to capitulate to US demands after the opening bombardment.
At this stage, the UK government has refused to allow the US use of British bases on the grounds that a preemptive strike against Iran would be in violation of international law.
However, by virtue of the simple expediency of a ‘terrorist attack’ against any NATO country where the finger of guilt could be pointed, rightly or wrongly, at Iran would provide a casus bellifor the UK to become involved in action against Iran.
Whatever happens, one thing is for sure; in the light of America’s need for strategic bases, the US are planning something more than just the destruction of Iran’s nuclear facilities.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission said that at “Alert” has been declared at the Oyster Creek nuclear power plant in Forked River, New Jersey, an event related to Hurricane Sandy.
The NRC said that the plant, which is in a regularly scheduled outage, declared the Alert at 8:45 p.m. Eastern time “due to water exceeding certain high water level criteria in the plant’s water intake structure.”
The Commission notes that an Alert is the second lowest of four NRC action levels.
Before reaching Alert status, the plant declared an “Unusual Event” when the water first reached a minimum high water level criteria, the NRC says.
“Water level is rising in the intake structure due to a combination of a rising tide, wind direction and storm surge. It is anticipated water levels will begin to abate within the next several hours,” the NRC says.
The NRC added that as of 9 p.m. EDT, no nuclear power plants had to shut down as a result of the storm, adding that “all plants remain in a safe condition, with emergency equipment available if needed and NRC inspectors on-site.”
The government agency noted that the NRC has inspectors providing 24-hour coverage of all plants that could be affected by the storm, including Oyster Creek;
Salem and Hope Creek, in Hancocks Bridge, N.J.;
Calvert Cliffs, in Lusby, Md.;
Limerick, in Limerick Township, Pa.;
Peach Bottom, in Delta, Pa.;

White House continues fight to indefinitely detain Americans without charge under NDAA
RT NewsOnly hours after a US district judge made permanent an injunction that bans the indefinite military detention of Americans without charge, the White House said they’d appeal to continue their efforts to keep a controversial new law on the books.
On Thursday, the Obama administration acknowledged that they plan to challenge a ruling made only a day earlier by US District Court Judge Katherine Forrest that concreted an injunction she issued four months prior on a provision included in the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act , or NDAA.
In May, Judge Forrest said the indefinite detention statute in the NDAA failed to “pass constitutional muster” and ordered a temporary block.
On Wednesday, she made that injunction permanent, but not without raising objection once again from the Executive Branch.
“First Amendment rights are guaranteed by the Constitution and cannot be legislated away,”Forrest wrote on Wednesday.“This Court rejects the Government’s suggestion that American citizens can be placed in military detention indefinitely, for acts they could not predict might subject them to detention.”
Judge Forrest’s decision this week reaffirms her earlier ruling that prohibits the US government from abiding by the indefinite detention provision in the NDAA, a clause that allows for American citizens to be detained and held on the suspicion of supportingterrorists“or associated forces” until a very vague time frame described as only “until the end of hostilities.”
After US President Barack Obama signed the legislation into law on New Year’s Eve, a team of journalists and activists challenged it in court.
NDAA ruled unconstitutional; White House appeals
The White House had originally threatened to veto the act if it came onto President Obama’s desk, but the commander-in-chief signed it none the less on December 31, 2011.
When he inked his name to the bill, the president acknowledged that he was authorizing it, “despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation and prosecution of suspected terrorists.”
On Thursday, the White House affirmed that they will continue their legal battle to ensure that those certain provisions remain intact.
Carl Mayer, an attorney with The Mayer Law Group and legal counsel for the plaintiffs in the case, spoke with RT shortly after he found out that the White House plans to appeal the ruling.
Despite the Obama administration’s warning, Mr. Mayer calls Judge Forrest’s latest decision“a huge and historic victory for democracy” and remains optimistic that further administrative efforts to challenge the injunction will be thwarted by the Justice Department.
The Obama administration, Mr. Mayer says, “plan to appeal this to the Second Circuit and probably ultimately to the Supreme Court.
We think this is ill advised because it contradicts President Obama’s campaign statements, it contradicts his criticism of his own legislation in his signing statement and he knows, as a former constitutional law professor, that this is wholly unconstitutional.”
“Because the language is so vague in this law,” Mr. Mayer explains, “if any journalist or activist is seen as reporting or offering opinions about groups that could somehow be linked not just to al-Qaeda but to any opponent of the United States or even opponents of our allies”they could be imprisoned indefinitely.
Mr. Mayer adds that “When Congress passes a law that is so vague, [it] always has a chilling effect on everyone’s speech and that is not permitted under our Constitution.”
“You can’t chill a journalist’s speech; you can’t chill your speech or your colleague’s speech or your producer’s speech or other journalists who you work with by holding a Sword of Damocles over your head by threatening you of being detained by the military. That is something that you have a fundamental right to be protected by,” the lawyersays.
Also up for debate, says Mayer, is the NDAA’s violation of the Constitution’s right to due process.
“Let’s assume they thought a report,” says Mayer, “is engaged in expressive activity that supports terrorists.”
Without Judge Forrest’s injunction, that activity could warrant not a federal investigation, but a federal intervention — one that ends up with a suspect behind prison indefinitely.
“And that is not how the Constitution works,” he says. “The Constitution gives you those fundamental bedrock protections.”
“You have a right to prove that that’s not true in front of a jury of your peers,”Mayer says.
Separate from the District Court case against the NDAA, several states have introduced legislation on their own that blocks usage of the indefinite detention provision on a local level.
In April, the Virginia legislature voted to approve an act that authorizes law enforcement agents within the state to reject the controversial detention provisions included in the NDAA.
Similar efforts were introduced in Washington, Utah and elsewhere.
Mr. Mayer says that while he expects to go back to court to fight the White House’s efforts to install the indefinite detention clause on a permanent basis, so far it seems as if their case is for a lost cause.
“I think they are ill advised to appeal this at all,” he tells RT.
“The Obama administration has now lost three times. They lost the temporary injunction, they lost the motion for reconsideration and they lost the hearing for permanent injunction. I say three strikes and you’re out.”

Human beings only have two ways to deal with one another: reason and force.
If you want me to do something for you, you have a choice of either convincing me via argument,
or force me to do your bidding under threat of force.
Every human interaction falls into one of those two categories, without exception.
Reason or force, that’s it.
In a truly moral and civilized society, people exclusively interact through persuasion.
Force has no place as a valid method of social interaction
and the only thing that removes force from the menu is the personal firearm, as paradoxical as it may sound to some.
When I carry a gun, you cannot deal with me by force. You have to use reason and try to persuade me,
because I have a way to negate your threat or employment of force.
The gun is the only personal weapon that puts a 100-pound woman on equal footing with a 220-pound mugger,
a 75-year old retiree on equal footing with a 19-year old gang banger,
and a single guy on equal footing with a carload of drunken guys with baseball bats.
The gun removes the disparity in physical strength, size, or numbers between a potential attacker and a defender.
There are plenty of people who consider the gun as the source of bad force equations.
These are the people who think that we’d be more civilized if all guns were removed from society,
because a firearm makes it easier for an armed mugger to do his job.
That, of course, is only true if the mugger’s potential victims are mostly disarmed either by choice or by legislative fiat–
it has no validity when most of a mugger’s potential marks are armed.
People who argue for the banning of arms ask for automatic rule by the young, the strong,
and the many, and that’s the exact opposite of a civilized society.
A mugger, even an armed one, can only make a successful living in a society where the state has granted him a force monopoly.
Then there’s the argument that the gun makes confrontations lethal that otherwise would only result in injury.
This argument is fallacious in several ways.
Without guns involved, confrontations are won by the physically superior party inflicting overwhelming injury on the loser.
People who think that fists, bats, sticks, or stones don’t constitute lethal force, watch too much TV,
where people take beatings and come out of it with a bloody lip at worst.
The fact that the gun makes lethal force easier works solely in favor of the weaker defender, not the stronger attacker.
If both are armed, the field is level.
The gun is the only weapon that’s as lethal in the hands of an octogenarian as it is in the hands of a weight lifter.
It simply wouldn’t work as well as a force equalizer if it wasn’t both lethal and easily employable.
When I carry a gun, I don’t do so because I am looking for a fight, but because I’m looking to be left alone.
The gun at my side means that I cannot be forced, only persuaded.
I don’t carry it because I’m afraid, but because it enables me to be unafraid.
It doesn’t limit the actions of those who would interact with me through reason,
only the actions of those who would do so by force.
It removes force from the equation – and that’s why carrying a gun is a civilized act.

In North America, we are enjoying the final months of summer.
This is a time for family activities, picnics, BBQs with friends and perhaps a weekend camping trip.
There is also the usual rash of summer chores: mowing the lawn, washing the car, weeding the garden and the more mundane tasks of laundry and housecleaning.
I don’t know about you, but I would much rather be enjoying the fun in the sun than serious prepping this month.
For that reason, this month we are going to do things that are a natural outtake from our summer activities.
That said, we are not going to slough off and disregard the tasks at hand as frivolous.
For even though they seem rather menial, they are as important and as necessary as the prepping tasks in each of the previous months – and in some ways even more.
Each month since then, I have outlined a reasonable and doable number of tasks to accomplish during the monthly period with the intent of gradually building up to a point of self-reliance in the event of a major disaster or crisis.
Whatever you decide, I hope you will follow along and do what you can be prepared.
Are you ready to get started?
Let’s go to work on getting prepared in month #11.
SUPPLIES & GEAR:
Package of paper plates
Package of napkins
Package of eating utensils
Package of paper cups
Garbage bags and ties for disposal of used items
As much as I hate to use disposables, there is a strong likelihood that water for cleaning will become quite precious following a disaster.
Even if you normally shun paper goods, it is prudent – in fact necessary – to put aside a supply of paper plates, napkins, cups an plastic eating utensils for emergency purposes.
And what better time to do so than during the summer months when these items are likely to be on sale?
You are also going to want to purchase a supply of garbage bags so that you have someplace to store the garbage and the used and dirtied items until things get back to normal.
Personally, I prefer tall, kitchen type bags but others may prefer the large, garbage can sized bags.
Whatever you decide, be sure to take the time now to look around your home and property and to identify a location where you can store excess garbage if normal collection methods are shut down for awhile.
These are the basics.
And although we have covered these items in the past, double check that you do indeed have a manual can opener, a sharp, all purpose knife and some paper towels as well.
But there is more.
For extra credit, think about what you would need if you had to cook outdoors.
How about some waterproof matches or a zippo lighter?
We will get in to these in greater detail down the road, but if you have the budget, think about these things now, and perhaps add them to your month 11 purchases.
Shall we move on to tasks?
MONTH 11 TASKS:
Exchange work, home and emergency contact phone numbers and email addresses with neighbors for use during an emergency
Neighbors helping neighbors is an important part emergency and disaster preparedness.
This is not to say that you are going to have to provide for your neighbors – after all, they need to provide for their own basics such a food, water and first aid supplies.
On the other hand, when something bad happens – you will want to get in touch with your neighbors and of course, you would want them to get in touch with you as well.
Think about this:You are at work and you receive a news alert indicating that there is a fire in what appears to be your neighborhood.
Who do you call?
Is it your house?
Is it the house next door?
What about your pets?
Are they safe?
Although this is a simplistic (yet still dreadful) example, having neighbors that are able to contact you directly or that can pass your contact information on to first responders will go a long way toward keeping panic and fear at bay.
Your only task this month is to contact your neighbors so that you can exchange emergency contact information for use in an emergency.
Telephone numbers, cell phone numbers and email addresses should be gathered and stored in a safe place in both printed and electronic format on a hard disk, smart phone (if you have one) or flash drive.
Now I know that these days, with OPSEC and all, the idea of neighbors helping neighbors is becoming unpopular.
I challenge you, though, this month, to look at this from the standpoint of YOU being the one in need.
Wouldn’t you want someone to contact you?
The Final Word
Although the purchases and tasks this month seem like no-brainers, they are critical to putting together a complete preparedness plan for you and your loved ones.
Disasters can and do happen to ordinary folks.
They happen to anyone and everyone, rich or poor, young or old.
The best we can do is take steps now to prepared for the unexpected.
Remember:You are responsible for your own preparedness.
No one else will do it for you.

Here’s an early Christmas present even though I find that holiday so loathsome, as you know. It’s a federal court of appeals decision that came out last week.
“Instead of maintaining customer assets in segregated accounts as required by law, Sentinel had pledged hundreds of millions of dollars in customer assets to secure an overnight loan at the Bank of New York, now Bank of New York Mellon.
This left the bank in a secured position on Sentinel’s $312 million loan but its customers out millions.
After filing for bankruptcy, Sentinel’s liquidation trustee brought a variety of claims against the bank to dislodge its secured position.
After extensive proceedings, including more than two weeks of trial over the course of more than a month, the district court rejected the claims.
This appeal raises concerns about Sentinel’s business practices and the degree to which the bank knew about them, but based on the district court’s factual findings, we affirm.”

UPDATE –Satan Clarifies His Letter
To be clear about my minions’ fine work in punishing innocent account holders by rewarding evildoers with the contents of those accounts: the court freely acknowledges, in the 1st sentence of the opinion, that Sentinel’s transfer of those accounts–to the Honorable Jon Corzine’s colleagues at Bank of New York Mellon (“Bank”)–was illegal.
Clinging to the notion that the rule of law has any place in my Kingdom of Evil, the account holders tried to prove they were entitled to their own money, even after it was stolen, under a theory of “equitable subordination,” under which Bank’s claim to the purloined funds would have been subordinated to those naive account holders.
Too succeed under the dead letter of law, the account holders had to prove that the Bank acted inequitably, that is, with conduct that was egregious.
As a humorous demonstration of my raw dark power, I dispatched to court several officials of the Bank–all pathological liars–whose own email correspondence demonstrates to a certainty that they knew that the $300 million transferred could not possibly have belonged to Sentinel, but must instead have belonged to the fools banking there.
Predictably, the Bank officials perjured themselves repeatedly at trial.
It is on the following basis that I will appoint all three appellate court panel members to an Executive Suite in Hell.
What follows is a perversion of justice so remarkably devious that I’m inclined to strike the judicial triumvirate dead this instant so that we may enjoy cocktails together before dining on slaughtered puppies this evening:
“Instead of finding that their testimony justified a finding of egregious bank behavior, the district court essentially found that the bank officials were such artless liars that they couldn’t have been concealing deliberate wrongdoing.

For months senior Israeli officials have said the “window of opportunity” for attacking Iran’s nuclear facilities is “before the U.S. presidential election in November“ because Iran’s nuclear facilities will soon be in fortified underground bunkers out of the reach of Israeli bombs.
But former CIA analyst Ray McGovern believes that delaying Iran’s nuclear capabilities is not the primary concern of a military strike, but simply the pretext.
“The Israelis want to pretend the Iranians are building up their nuclear capabilities, want to zap them between now and November 6, and the chances are at least even that they will try to do that thinking the U.S. will come in with both feet,” McGovern told us.
McGovern thinks that “Israel does not fear a nuclear weapon in Iran’s hands” because Israel already has a nuclear arsenal and the threat of Iran having a couple of nukes “would not be all that credible except in a limited, deterrent way.”

That deterrent would be important, however, because “since 1967 the Israelis have been able to pretty much do whatever they want in that area” and a nuclear Iran would bring a “different strategic situation because, for the first time, Israel would have to look over their shoulder.”
So even though Israel’s leaders don’t truly fear imminent nuclear annihilation, McGovern says they “would like to end any possibility, however remote, that anytime soon Iran could have that kind of very minimal deterrent capability.”
McGovern believes that Israel’s primary goal is to “have Iran bloodied the same way we did to Iraq“ so that Iran “would no longer be able to support Hamas and Hezbollah in Gaza, Lebanon, and elsewhere.”
And the reason Nov. 6 is an important date, McGovern wrote in a recent article, is that “a second-term Obama would feel much freer not to commit U.S. forces on Israel’s side” and “might use U.S. leverage to force Israeli concessions on thorny issues relating to Palestine.”
“Netanyahu feels, with good reason, that he’s got Obama in a corner for these next three months,” McGovern said. “If he’s right about Obama jumping in with both feet—and I think Obama would do that—even though Israeli generals are advising that it could be a disaster, [then] Netanyahu is willing to try it.”
For its part the Obama administration has been doing everything it can—short of saying that it would not back an Israeli strike—to delay an attack. Beyond offering firepower in exchange for waiting until after the election, U.S. officials informed Israel that staunch American ally Saudi Arabia vowed to take down any Israeli jet flying in its airspace.
And five senior officials—including Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Defense Secretary Leon Panetta—have visited Israel this month to insist there is still time for diplomacy, in the form of talks and heavy sanctions, to prevent a physical attack.
But, as McGovern notes, it may not be up to the U.S. at this point.
A US newspaper has revealed that the FBI has been raiding the houses of anti-Wall Street protesters in Oregon and Washington in what the agency describes an “ongoing violent crime investigation.”
The Oregonian newspaper reported that heavily-armed domestic terrorism units of the FBI have been raiding the homes of activists in Seattle and Olympia, Washington and Portland, Oregon over the last month.
The report said that at least six homes have been raided in the two states since July 10.
The FBI has described the raids as part of an ongoing violent crime investigation, linked to last year’s Occupy May Day protests, during which a number of minor acts of vandalism allegedly took place.
In one of the raids, eyewitnesses reported as many as 80 agents in body armor, wearing military fatigues, and armed with assault rifles participated in the raid.
“I just heard lots of pounding at 6 o’clock, and I got up and I saw the whole thing,” said one of the eyewitnesses, adding, “I saw them screaming to get in. They were using the battering ram, and then finally the door just opened.”
FBI spokeswoman Beth Anne Steele told the newspaper, “The warrants are sealed… and I anticipate they will remain sealed.”
The paper said the agents were searching for “anti-government or anarchist literature or material” and “documentation and communications related to the offenses, including but not limited to notes, diagrams, letters, diary and journal entries, address books, and other documentation in written or electronic form.”
The Occupy Wall Street movement began when a group of demonstrators gathered in New York’s financial district on September 17, 2011 to protest against corruption, the unjust distribution of wealth in the country, and the excessive influence of big corporations on US policies.

The goal was malicious, but socially radical; instead of expending the impossible energy needed to dictate the very form and existence of the truth, they would allow it to drift, obscured in a fog of contrived data.
They would wrap the truth in a Gordian Knot of misdirection and fabrication so elaborate that they felt certain the majority of people would surrender, giving up long before they ever finished unraveling the deceit.
The goal was not to destroy the truth, but to hide it in plain sight.
In modern times, and with carefully engineered methods, this goal has for the most part been accomplished.
However, these methods also have inherent weaknesses.
Lies are fragile.
They require constant attentiveness to keep them alive.
The exposure of a single truth can rip through an ocean of lies, evaporating it instantly.
In this article, we will examine the methods used to fertilize and promote the growth of disinformation, as well as how to identify the roots of disinformation and effectively cut them, starving out the entire system of fallacies once and for all.
Media Disinformation Methods
The mainstream media, once tasked with the job of investigating government corruption and keeping elitists in line, has now become nothing more than a public relations firm for corrupt officials and their Globalist handlers.
The days of the legitimate “investigative reporter” are long gone (if they ever existed at all), and journalism itself has deteriorated into a rancid pool of so called “TV Editorialists” who treat their own baseless opinions as supported fact.
The elitist co-opting of news has been going on in one form or another since the invention of the printing press.
However, the first methods of media disinformation truly came to fruition under the supervision of newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst, who believed the truth was “subjective” and open to his personal interpretation.
Some of the main tactics used by the mainstream media to mislead the masses are as follows:
Lie Big, Retract Quietly: Mainstream media sources (especially newspapers) are notorious for reporting flagrantly dishonest and unsupported news stories on the front page, then quietly retracting those stories on the very back page when they are caught. In this case, the point is to railroad the lie into the collective consciousness.
Once the lie is finally exposed, it is already too late, and a large portion of the population will not notice or care when the truth comes out.
Unconfirmed Or Controlled Sources As Fact: Cable news venues often cite information from “unnamed” sources, government sources that have an obvious bias or agenda, or “expert” sources without providing an alternative “expert” view.
The information provided by these sources is usually backed by nothing more than blind faith.
Calculated Omission: Otherwise known as “cherry picking” data. One simple piece of information or root item of truth can derail an entire disinfo news story, so instead of trying to gloss over it, they simply pretend as if it doesn’t exist.
When the fact is omitted, the lie can appear entirely rational.
This tactic is also used extensively when disinformation agents and crooked journalists engage in open debate.
Distraction, And The Manufacture Of Relevance: Sometimes the truth wells up into the public awareness regardless of what the media does to bury it.
When this occurs their only recourse is to attempt to change the public’s focus and thereby distract them from the truth they were so close to grasping.
The media accomplishes this by “over-reporting” on a subject that has nothing to do with the more important issues at hand.
Ironically, the media can take an unimportant story, and by reporting on it ad nauseum, cause many Americans to assume that because the media won’t shut-up about it, it must be important!
Dishonest Debate Tactics: Sometimes, men who actually are concerned with the average American’s pursuit of honesty and legitimate fact-driven information break through and appear on T.V.
However, rarely are they allowed to share their views or insights without having to fight through a wall of carefully crafted deceit and propaganda.
Because the media know they will lose credibility if they do not allow guests with opposing viewpoints every once in a while, they set up and choreograph specialized T.V. debates in highly restrictive environments which put the guest on the defensive, and make it difficult for them to clearly convey their ideas or facts.
TV pundits are often trained in what are commonly called “Alinsky Tactics.”
Saul Alinsky was a moral relativist, and champion of the lie as a tool for the “greater good”; essentially, a modern day Machiavelli.
His “Rules for Radicals” were supposedly meant for grassroots activists who opposed the establishment and emphasized the use of any means necessary to defeat one’s political opposition.
But is it truly possible to defeat an establishment built on lies, by use of even more elaborate lies, and by sacrificing one’s ethics?
In reality, his strategies are the perfect format for corrupt institutions and governments to dissuade dissent from the masses.
Today, Alinsky’s rules are used more often by the establishment than by its opposition.
Alinsky’s Strategy:Win At Any Cost, Even If You Have To Lie
Alinsky’s tactics have been adopted by governments and disinformation specialists across the world, but they are most visible in TV debate.
While Alinsky sermonized about the need for confrontation in society, his debate tactics are actually designed to circumvent real and honest confrontation of opposing ideas with slippery tricks and diversions.
Alinsky’s tactics, and their modern usage, can be summarized as follows:
1)Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.
We see this tactic in many forms.
For example, projecting your own movement as mainstream, and your opponent’s as fringe.
Convincing your opponent that his fight is a futile one.
Your opposition may act differently, or even hesitate to act at all, based on their perception of your power.
How often have we heard this line:“The government has predator drones.There is nothing the people can do now…”
This is a projection of exaggerated invincibility designed to elicit apathy from the masses.
2)Never go outside the experience of your people, and whenever possible, go outside of the experience of the enemy.
Don’t get drawn into a debate about a subject you do not know as well as or better than your opposition.
If possible, draw them into such a situation instead. Go off on tangents.
Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty in your opposition.
This is commonly used against unwitting interviewees on cable news shows whose positions are set up to be skewered.
The target is blind-sided by seemingly irrelevant arguments that they are then forced to address.
In television and radio, this also serves to waste broadcast time to prevent the target from expressing his own position.
3)Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules.
The objective is to target the opponent’s credibility and reputation by accusations of hypocrisy.
If the tactician can catch his opponent in even the smallest misstep, it creates an opening for further attacks, and distracts away from the broader moral question.
4)Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.
“Ron Paul is a crackpot.”
“Gold bugs are crazy.”
“ Constitutionalists are fringe extremists.”
Baseless ridicule is almost impossible to counter because it is meant to be irrational.
It infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.
It also works as a pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.
5)A good tactic is one that your people enjoy.
The popularization of the term “Teabaggers” is a classic example; it caught on by itself because people seem to think it’s clever, and enjoy saying it.
Keeping your talking points simple and fun helps your side stay motivated, and helps your tactics spread autonomously, without instruction or encouragement.
6) A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.
See rule No. 5. Don’t become old news.
If you keep your tactics fresh, it’s easier to keep your people active.
Not all disinformation agents are paid. The “useful idiots” have to be motivated by other means.
Mainstream disinformation often changes gear from one method to the next and then back again.
7)Keep the pressure on with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.
Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance.
As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new.
Never give the target a chance to rest, regroup, recover or re-strategize.
Take advantage of current events and twist their implications to support your position.
Never let a good crisis go to waste.
8)The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself
This goes hand in hand with Rule No. 1.
Perception is reality.
Allow your opposition to expend all of its energy in expectation of an insurmountable scenario.
The dire possibilities can easily poison the mind and result in demoralization.
9)The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.
The objective of this pressure is to force the opposition to react and make the mistakes that are necessary for the ultimate success of the campaign.
10)If you push a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through into its counterside.
As grassroots activism tools, Alinsky tactics have historically been used (for example, by labor movements or covert operations specialists) to force the opposition to react with violence against activists, which leads to popular sympathy for the activists’ cause.
Today, false (or co-opted) grassroots movements and revolutions use this technique in debate as well as in planned street actions and rebellions (look at Syria for a recent example).
11)The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.
Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem.
Today, this is often used offensively against legitimate activists, such as the opponents of the Federal Reserve.
Complain that your opponent is merely “pointing out the problems.”
Demand that they offer not just “a solution”, but THE solution.
Obviously, no one person has “the” solution.
When he fails to produce the miracle you requested, dismiss his entire argument and all the facts he has presented as pointless.
12)Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it and polarize it.
Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy.
The target’s supporters will expose themselves. Go after individual people, not organizations or institutions.
People hurt faster than institutions.
The next time you view an MSM debate, watch the pundits carefully, you will likely see many if not all of the strategies above used on some unsuspecting individual attempting to tell the truth.
Internet Disinformation Methods
Internet trolls, also known as “paid posters” or “paid bloggers,” are increasingly and openly being employed by private corporations as well governments, often for marketing purposes and for “public relations”(Obama is notorious for this practice).
Internet “trolling” is indeed a fast growing industry.
Trolls use a wide variety of strategies, some of which are unique to the internet, here are just a few:
1.Make outrageous comments designed to distract or frustrate:An Alinsky tactic used to make people emotional, although less effective because of the impersonal nature of the Web.
2.Pose as a supporter of the truth, then make comments that discredit the movement:We have seen this even on our own forums — trolls pose as supporters of the Liberty Movement, then post long, incoherent diatribes so as to appear either racist or insane.
The key to this tactic is to make references to common Liberty Movement arguments while at the same time babbling nonsense, so as to make those otherwise valid arguments seem ludicrous by association.
In extreme cases, these “Trojan Horse Trolls” have been known to make posts which incite violence — a technique obviously intended to solidify the false assertions of the think tank propagandists like the SPLC, which purports that Constitutionalists should be feared as potential domestic terrorists.
3.Dominate Discussions:Trolls often interject themselves into productive Web discussions in order to throw them off course and frustrate the people involved.
4.Prewritten Responses:Many trolls are supplied with a list or database with pre-planned talking points designed as generalized and deceptive responses to honest arguments.
When they post, their words feel strangely plastic and well rehearsed.
5.False Association:This works hand in hand with item No. 2, by invoking the stereotypes established by the “Trojan Horse Troll.”
For example: calling those against the Federal Reserve “conspiracy theorists” or “lunatics”; deliberately associating anti-globalist movements with racists and homegrown terrorists, because of the inherent negative connotations; and using false associations to provoke biases and dissuade people from examining the evidence objectively.
6.False Moderation:Pretending to be the “voice of reason” in an argument with obvious and defined sides in an attempt to move people away from what is clearly true into a “grey area” where the truth becomes “relative.”
7.Straw Man Arguments: A very common technique.
The troll will accuse his opposition of subscribing to a certain point of view, even if he does not, and then attacks that point of view.
Or, the troll will put words in the mouth of his opposition, and then rebut those specific words.
Sometimes, these strategies are used by average people with serious personality issues.
However, if you see someone using these tactics often, or using many of them at the same time, you may be dealing with a paid internet troll.
Stopping Disinformation
The best way to disarm disinformation agents is to know their methods inside and out.
This gives us the ability to point out exactly what they are doing in detail the moment they try to do it.
Immediately exposing a disinformation tactic as it is being used is highly destructive to the person utilizing it.
It makes them look foolish, dishonest and weak for even making the attempt.
Internet trolls most especially do not know how to handle their methods being deconstructed right in front of their eyes and usually fold and run from debate when it occurs.
The truth is precious.
It is sad that there are so many in our society who have lost respect for it; people who have traded in their conscience and their soul for temporary financial comfort while sacrificing the stability and balance of the rest of the country in the process.
The human psyche breathes on the air of truth.
Without it, humanity cannot survive.
Without it, the species will collapse, starving from lack of intellectual and emotional sustenance.
Disinformation does not only threaten our insight into the workings of our world; it makes us vulnerable to fear, misunderstanding, and doubt: all things that lead to destruction.
It can drive good people to commit terrible atrocities against others, or even against themselves.
Without a concerted and organized effort to defuse mass-produced lies, the future will look bleak indeed.

1. The debt-based economy of the private central banks has failed and is collapsing.
By design private central banks such as the Federal Reserve, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the European Central Bank, etc. all create debt faster than they create money with which to pay the debt.
Under the rules of private central banking money can only enter circulation as the proceeds of a loan at interest.
All the so-called “bailouts” are simply more loans, plunging the subjugated populations deeper into debt.
The private central bankers cannot change the rules without admitting to the public the system was flawed from the start and governments that sold their populations into the slavery of private central banking cannot change the rules without admitting they were stupid (or corrupt) for falling for the fraud in the first place.
The “Eleventh Marbles” keep piling up and now the total debt for all the nations with private central banks has reached unpayable levels, and worse, economies are struggling and starving just to make partial interest payments and like the United States, are not able to pay down the principle, even as the borrowing continues.
A crash is coming. It is unavoidable.
The bankers and the governments know they cannot fix the problem, so they are desperate to find someone or some thing they can blame for the disaster.
War makes a great scapegoat for the greed of banking and the corruption of government, and it is a formula which has worked before. Economic crash?
“Solve” it by creating a war to blame the hardships and starvation on.
Crash of 1907, “solve” it with World War 1.
Crash of 1929, “solve” it with World War 2.
Crash of 2008 and the US and Wall Street are well on their way to “solving” it with World War 3, at present wars against ten nations on two continents.
Prior to the creation of the Federal Reserve, there was no such thing as a World War.
2. There is not enough healthy and safe food to feed the present human population.
Between GMO mistakes, diversion of food farms to ethanol production, the Gulf Oil Disaster, and Fukushima, the already razor-thin surplus of food safe for human consumption has vanished, which is why you are being told that eating radioactive, oil-soaked, genetically damaged food is okay for you.
3. There is a surplus of human beings in the eyes of the bankers and governments.
It is easy to be glib and say there is a population problem because sex is more fun than dying.
But one can look at the vast expanses of empty land across the globe and realize that the issue isn’t too many humans for planet Earth but too many for the current infrastructure built to sustain them.
That infrastructure built to sustain human life and human enterprise is the one and only true function of government; the only purpose for which humans tolerate the intrusion and control of government.
Yet as history has shown, governments will neglect development of infrastructure as they turn towards corruption and as corruption progresses, allow the existing infrastructure to deteriorate.
Eventually, infrastructure that is not maintained reaches a point of decay where the cost of replacement and repair becomes huge, more than the governments can afford or bankers care to invest in at a time when most humans are no longer of use to the ever-more-automated factories.
Sooner or later, governments and bankers realize its cheaper and easier to murder off a few billion people rather than have to spend the money to build decent communities.
The pattern is a traditional one.
Europe under the rule of the Popes neglected the primitive infrastructure of the time.
As the public baths built by Rome began to crumble, the church, instead of working to sustain hygiene, simply taught the masses that bathing was a sin! And the public clamor to repair the baths subsided.
But eventually, population pressures on an ancient and unmaintained infrastructure pushed medieval Europe to the edge of collapse, when just at the last minute, the Black Plague decimated the population.
All of a sudden, there was ample food, room and buildings for the survivors, and the political structure didn’t have to spend a farthing to do it!
That was when the money-junkies realized the advantages of killing off masses of humans rather than have to take care of them.
All that is needed is a mechanism of mass death that obfuscates the real agenda.
War.
Or plague.
Or both.
We got both in World War 1, a war notable for the Trench Warfare system.
This was a system of soldiers in trenches urged to run towards each others trenches into the fire of machine guns and the clouds of poison gas.
As warfare it almost seemed designed to kill the maximum number of humans while damaging the least amount of real-estate.
And when Germany collapsed, it almost seemed that someone somewhere did a calculation and decided that not enough humans had been killed, because all of a sudden, a lethal illness appeared during experimental vaccine tests at a US military base, Camp Funston, Kansas.
This illness, misnamed “Spanish Flu” to obfuscate its true origin, raced around the world, killing an estimated 30-40 million people, more than the 15 million killed by World War 1, and more than had died in the Black Plague.
So that is how it is. Got too much debt?
Got too many useless eaters who see the true nature of the banking system and the corruption of the government? Want to head off a revolution and skip that whole guillotine “inconvenience.”
Start a war.
Or a plague.
Or both.
But how to do it?
After a decade of wars, selling a newer and bigger war is going to be difficult. Knocking down a building and blaming Muslims for it is passe’! Been there, done that, do not want the T-shirt!
And, knocking over the World Trade Towers or blowing up the Golden Gate lacks immediacy and presence.
People living more than fifty miles from such an event view it at a distance; a tragedy but someone else’s tragedy.
But a biological threat that hits everywhere? That might be in the very air you are breathing right now?
The presstitutes in the media can fan that immediate sense of threat into a bland panic and lust for vengeance!
So here is what I suspect the money-junkies may be planning.
Recently the corporate media has been filled with stories about how scientists took the bird flu (which bears many similarities to the “Spanish” flu)and through a series of just 12 steps, converted it into a form easily transmissible by air!
This makes the new bug, which we shall call Captain Trips in an homage to Stephen King, a slate-wiper for all humanity.
Oddly enough, the press gave a great deal of coverage to the possibility that the scientists who created Captain Trips might publish their step-by-step directions, thereby handing to “Al Qaeda”(nudge nudge wink wink) the recipe to wipe mankind off of the face of Earth.
Osama Bin Virus
Some important items were left unsaid, such as who was paying these scientists to create such a horror, why the government did not exercise its legal authority to classify any materials deemed dangerous to the national security, and most important, why was the corporate media blatantly advertising the availability of the recipe for Captain Trips for all to see?
The US Government classifies all kinds of documents.
This document, National Security Study Memorandum 200, declared overpopulation, especially in the third world to be a strategic threat to the United States because of resource depletion and popular uprisings against US foreign policy.
2. In the 1990s, scientists exhumed the body of a victim of the 1918 flu pandemic buried and preserved in the Alaskan permafrost, and recovered the DNA of the virus.
The official reason given was to be prepared in case it came back, but we are the descendants of the people who survived the 1918 outbreak, and in theory have inherited their immunity.
Over time, we become immune to major diseases, which is why measles today is not the medical crisis it once was.
So an unaltered Spanish Flu virus isn’t a real threat today.
9. At this stage it is clear that US Government scientists have created the ultimate biological weapon to depopulate the Earth.
But too many people know the US Government has been playing with these viruses and in the current climate of distrust, a sudden outbreak would be presumed the work of the US.
So a fall-guy is needed.
Hence the corporate media announcement that “anyone” can now find out how to turn Spanish/Bird flu into Captain Trips.
10. Stealing a plot device from Tom Clancy’s “Rainbow Six” the US Government may be planning to spray the closing ceremonies of the London Olympics with the augmented flu.
The victims will fly home during the virus’ incubation period, unaware they are doing the dirty work of the US Government.
The virus then would erupt all across the globe, while the media points the finger of blame at those gosh-darned Muslims, so that those who do not die from the virus are then off to die in war, a WW1 in reverse with the plague preceding the World War.
I could be wrong. I certainly hope I am wrong.
But there are so many reasons for the money-junkies to want to kill off what they see as useless eaters, and absent some dramatic event, absent a world war, the bankers and the governments are looking at guillotines in the near future.
Official version of events a conspiracy theory, says drills were cover for attacks
The former head of the Star Wars missile defense program under Presidents Ford and Carter has gone public to say that the official version of 9/11 is a conspiracy theory and his main suspect for the architect of the attack is Vice President Dick Cheney.
He is the recipient of the Eisenhower Medal, the George F. Kennan Peace Prize, the President’s Medal of Veterans for Peace, the Society of Military Engineers Gold Medal (twice), six Air Medals, and dozens of other awards and honors.
His Ph.D. is in Aeronautics and Nuclear Engineering from Caltech.
He chaired 8 major international conferences, and is one of the country’s foremost experts on National Security.
Bowman worked secretly for the US government on the Star Wars project and was the first to coin the very term in a 1977 secret memo.
After Bowman realized that the program was only ever intended to be used as an aggressive and not defensive tool, as part of a plan to initiate a nuclear war with the Soviets, he left the program and campaigned against it.
In an April 4, 2006 interview with The Alex Jones Show aired nationally on the GCN Radio Network, Bowman (pictured below right) stated that at the bare minimum if Osama bin Laden and Al-Qaeda were involved in 9/11 then the government stood down and allowed the attacks to happen.
He said it is plausible that the entire chain of military command were unaware of what was taking place and were used as tools by the people pulling the strings behind the attack.
Bowman outlined how the drills on the morning of 9/11 that simulated planes crashing into buildings on the east coast were used as a cover to dupe unwitting air defense personnel into not responding quickly enough to stop the attack.
“The exercises that went on that morning simulating the exact kind of thing that was happening so confused the people in the FAA and NORAD….that they didn’t they didn’t know what was real and what was part of the exercise,” said Bowman
“I think the people who planned and carried out those exercises, they’re the ones that should be the object of investigation.”
Asked if he could name a prime suspect who was the likely architect behind the attacks, Bowman stated, “If I had to narrow it down to one person….I think my prime suspect would be Dick Cheney.”
Bowman said that privately his military fighter pilot peers and colleagues did not disagree with his sentiments about the real story behind 9/11.
Bowman agreed that the US was in danger of slipping into a dictatorship and stated, “I think there’s been nothing closer to fascism than what we’ve seen lately from this government.”
Bowman slammed the Patriot Act as having, “Done more to destroy the rights of Americans than all of our enemies combined.”
Bowman trashed the 9/11 Commission as a politically motivated cover-up with abounding conflicts of interest, charging, “The 9/11 Commission omitted anything that might be the least bit suspicious or embarrassing or in any way detract from the official conspiracy so it was a total whitewash.”
“There needs to be a true investigation, not the kind of sham investigations we have had with the 9/11 omission and all the rest of that junk,” said Bowman.
Asked if the perpetrators of 9/11 were preparing to stage another false-flag attack to reinvigorate their agenda Bowman agreed that, “I can see that and I hope they can’t pull it off, I hope they are prevented from pulling it off but I know darn good and well they’d like to have another one.”
A mainstay of the attack pieces againstCharlie Sheen have been that he is not credible enough to speak on the topic of 9/11.
These charges are ridiculed by the fact that Sheen is an expert on 9/11 who spends hours a day meticulously researching the topic, something that the attack dogs have failed to do, aiming their comments solely at Sheen’s personal life and ignoring his invitation to challenge him on the facts.
In addition, from the very start we have put forth eminently credible individuals only for them to be ignored by the establishment media.
Godfather Politics This has got to be one of the grossest miscarriages of law enforcement that I’ve read about lately.
Rick and Terri Reese, along with their two sons Ryin and Remington ran a federally licensed gunshop in Deming, New Mexico.
They kept meticulous records of all the firearms and ammunition they purchased and which were purchased by customers.
They performedthe required FBI background checks when necessary.
Basically, they ran their gunshop by the letter of the law for 17 years.
Even much of their hired help was legal as the Reeses often hired law enforcement officers who were either retired or off duty, to work in the gun shop.
This brought in a substantial amount of business with the law enforcement community and agencies.
In 2011, Terri noticed a customer that had made an unusually large number of purchases.
The customer, Penny Torres, told Terri that they were having a family reunion at a ranch in the area and that they all liked to shoot.
Terri was suspicious of Torres story and being the law abiding gun dealer she is, she reported her suspicions to one of her friends that worked with the Luna County Sheriff’s Department.
Terri told him that she suspected Torres might be a ‘straw buyer’(someone who purchased guns for illegal purposes such as going over the Mexican border to the drug cartels, kind of like what the US government did with Operation Fast and Furious).
The Luna County Sheriff’s Department officer Terri reported to was someone she trusted and who she always turned to if they had any need for law enforcement. He told her that he would promptly report it to ATF and would let her know what happened with the case.
Torres was subsequently arrested, but ended up making a deal with the feds for leniency by implicating the Reese family as knowingly selling guns that were to illegally cross the border into Mexico.
This launched an investigation by a recently formed federal agency known as Homeland Security Investigators (HSI), who set up a sting operation to entrap the Reeses.
HSI hired a confidential informant called Roman, who was seeking a reduced sentence for human trafficking and drugs smuggling.
Roman agreed to go to the Reese’ gunshop, purchase weapons and drop hints that they would be heading across the border into Mexico but to do so in such a way as not to alarm them and cause them to refuse the sale.
Roman was fitted with a wire to record everything that was said. HSI figured that if the Reeses sold the guns to Roman, that they could then arrest them on gun walking charges.
Shortly after Roman made his gun purchases, the feds swooped in to arrest all four members of the family.
HSI and local law enforcement raided the gun store and the Reese home.
They came in helicopters, armored vehicles and too many heavily protected and armed law enforcement officers to count.
Not only were the four members of the Reese family arrested, but the feds confiscated every gun, all ammunition from both their store and their home, then they confiscated the home, cars, bank accounts, coin collections and virtually everything the family owned.
Each member of the family was eventually taken to a different jail or prison facility to be held without bail until their trials.
The prosecution argued that they were flight risks or might even stage a Ruby Ridge type stand off because their home had a well and solar panels and they had found guns on the premises.
Can you imagine that?
They actually found guns and ammunition in the house and place of business of federally licensed gun dealers.
It was also noted by the prosecution that Rick and Terry Reese were part of the local Tea Party, which must have made them look violent in the eyes of the prosecutor.
Six months after being arrested, Terri Reese was allowed to post bail, but the courts continued to withhold bail for the father and two sons.
Recently, the first preliminary hearing was held for the four members of the Reese family. According to a WND report, the prosecution revealed a number of revelations during the preliminary hearing.
For one thing, Roman spoke little broken English and that most of the hinting of guns going to Mexico was said in Spanish, which none of the Reese family knew or understood.
However, the transcripts that the court had to read had all been translated into English, so that it appeared that the conversation had taken place in English.
Additionally, the prosecution admitted that all of the Reese’ gun sales had been properly logged and all transactions appeared to have been legal.
They also admitted that the Reeses has paid all of their taxes and that there was no evidence of any under the table transactions and that all banking and financial evidence indicated that all members of the family never received any money other than their normal paychecks.
When the defense pointed out to the prosecution that they used so many law enforcement personnel in their store, the prosecution replied that it didn’t matter because ‘a lot of them [cops and former cops] are dirty.’
Now the Reese family is awaiting the main trial which is scheduled for some time in July.
Since all of their worldly possessions, even personal items accumulated over 25 years of marriage, have been confiscated, they have no money with which to use to pay for their defense.
And if by some miracle they are acquitted of all charges, they have no home and no business to return to.
What galls me to spit in anger is that this family, even by the prosecution’s own statements in the preliminary trial, have never done anything wrong.
Their lives have been raped by the federal government based on promises made to two convicts in lieu of lighter sentences.
Roman’s statements should not be admissible since he spoke Spanish and the Reeses don’t.
This is a horrible case of entrapment and what’s worse is that they are accusing the family of doing what the feds did in Operation Fast and Furious and NO ONE IS BEING PROSECUTED in that case!
We need to pray that the Reese family is exonerated and that the feds are forced to replace all of their possessions, guns, ammunition, house, cars, bank accounts, coin collection and pay for wrongful imprisonment.
If anyone belongs in jail for gun walking, it’s Eric Holder, not the Reese family.

Biotech giants Monsanto were awarded a victory by lawmakers in Washington this week after a congressional panel voted to let farmers plant genetically modified crops made by the agriculture company despite pending legal proceedings.
A committee made up of members of the US House of Representatives agreed on Tuesday this week to allow genetically modified crops manufactured by the Monsanto corporation and other biotech companies, including competitors Dupont Co., to continue to be used on American farmlands.
The ruling comes despite a trove of legal challenges that have hindered full-fledged approval of some genetically modified organisms, or GMOs.
Although the USDA has previously authorized Monsanto-created biocrops to be planted, an array of legal appeals have left the major agriculture company combating with opponents as of late.
Questions over the safety of the lab-made crops on human health and the environment, as well as opposition from small time farmers constantly being fought by Monsanto, has slowed the federal agency from fully approving some crops.
Now after the latest vote, Monsanto and its competitors will be able to offer seeds even as the Justice Department determines the legitimacy of the appeals.
Nine major agricultural associations asking for Congress to let the biocrops be planted sent a letter to Washington this week, saying that opponents of the industry giants were purposely hindering the approval process.
“Opponents of agricultural biotechnology have repeatedly filed suits against USDA on procedural grounds in order to disrupt the regulatory process and undermine the science-based regulation of such products,”the letter reads.
“These lawsuits have also created tremendous resource constraints for USDA and have resulted in significant delays in approval of new, innovative products that will help growers provide Americans with an abundant and economical food supply while remaining competitive in the world market.”
The groups behind the letter, which includes the American Soybean Association (ASA) among others, had urged Congress to support a provision in the Fiscal Year 2013 Appropriations bill that would let growers use biotech crops that have already been approved by USDA even if appeals are still being heard and further litigation is all but certain.
“The inclusion of Section 733 is a positive step to ensure that US farmers and our food chain are shielded from supply disruptions caused by litigation over procedural issues unrelated to sound science or the safety of biotech crops.
This legislative solution ensures that national agricultural policy is not being decided by the court system while providing a level of certainty that is critical to ensure that our agricultural producers continue to lead the world,” they write.
Responding to the bill, long-time opponents of the biotech company The Center for Food Safety call the legislation a“Monsanto profit assurance provision.”
Monsanto has garnered their fair share of opponents as of late, a result that many will argue comes from the company’s heated stance against small-time farmers.
The corporation has threatened lesser farms with hundreds of lawsuits for using genetically modified crops patented by Monsanto that have been carried onto their farms by wind and other elements of nature.
Recently, the corporation threatened to sue the entire state of Vermont because lawmakers there were considering a bill that would force manufacturers to label products that are created either partially or in full from a GMO.
